About this property

Apartment Anna - Fattoria Laviosa

Wonderful historic estate handed down for generations, surrounded by the green of Tuscany.
We have 5 structures, including an independent villa, for a total of 26 beds, which can also be booked together. Each has an independent entrance and a magnificent view. Anna consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, living room and kitchen.
Guests can enjoy a private space in the garden of the estate and enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and tennis court.
The Farm has over 17 hectares of land, including a vast truffle, a variegated orchard, and a large olive grove, in fact it produces extra virgin olive oil.
The structure also has a small private consecrated church.
The location is really idyllic and excellent for walking and relaxing.
We are close to the major cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, not to mention the fabulous seaside resorts with both beach and rock.
The village of Fauglia is a small historical center, reachable on foot in ten minutes. In the square there are three restaurants, two bars, an ice cream parlor and other small shops.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Freundinnen und ich haben mitte September eine Woche auf Fattoria Laviosa verbracht. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem großen, ruhigen Anwesen 20 Autominuten von Pisa entfernt. Das Gelände war gepflegt und schön angelegt! Die Gastgeberin, Barbara, war herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben selten eine so schöne Betreuung erfahren! Außerdem wurde uns eine App zur Verfügung gestellt, mit der wir uns in der Umgebung zurecht finden konnten. So war es leicht, gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Attraktionen zu finden. Barbara hilft auch gern bei den Reservierungen in den Restaurants weiter. Unser Apartment war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Tennisequipment wurde uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Woche und kommen gerne wieder!

Hi, I'm Barbara and I'm 30, I was born in Pisa but I lived a little in Spain, in Barcelona, but mainly in Tuscany in Fauglia, where the Laviosa farm is located. Fauglia is a village that offers many visual and gastronomic emotions, I trust I will have the chance to tell you some anecdotes and curiosities about our fantastic Tuscany.
Fattoria Laviosa is located in a strategic position near the sea, the mountains and the most famous Tuscan cities.
On my mother's side I have Spanish and French origins and I know their languages.
My job inside the Laviosa Farm is to take care of our guests, from booking to the reception and all through their stay.
I also take care of continuously checking and improving our homes in every detail, so as to offer you a perfect peaceful and unforgettable stay.
For me it is not just a job, but a real passion, I love being in contact with people, relating with them and helping them discover all the beauties of our land.
I love traveling myself so that’s why I’ll look after your stay so to ensure you have the best possible stay.
I’m said to be sunny, charming and always available, I’m here for you to test me.
