We were here for two weeks and our stay has been incredible. The location is a five minute walk from downtown Wayzata, which is probably one of the best places in the Twin Cities for walkability, restaurants as well as the lake, park and beach access.The house was perfect. Cozy, inviting and high end touches everywhere. Great layout. There’s heavy Woods behind the back fence and we were delighted to find it full of fireflies!!!!Finally, our host Dede, was awesome. We had a special request. We weren’t sure if she could accommodate it and she was happy to do so. We’ll definitely be staying here again!!

First time ever doing a home rental instead of a hotel and all was perfect! House was clean, spacious and accommodating. So much more comfortable than being crammed into a hotel and the bonus of a nice kitchen and laundry room. All bedrooms, bathrooms and closets were nice size. Owners were great to deal with too!

Colleauges/friends and I stayed at this property while in town for a work and event and we couldn't have been happier. The house was immaculate, very comfortable and an easy walk to restaurants. Dede was a great communicator and responsive host. We wpuld happily stay here again.
