The ground floor has a separate entrance hallway, downstairs cloakroom and toilet and leads on to the large lounge with open fireplace and patio door opening onto the enclosed garden with plenty of space for eating al fresco, barbeques, and great views across the valley to the peaks beyond. There is a modern fitted kitchen connected to a separate dining area. On the upper level there are two spacious bedrooms, one sleeping 3 people has 2 single beds which can be arranged as a twin bed plus a further single bed, the other bedroom is a mezzanine with a king size bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and bidet. Separate toilet. The 3 levels are connected by a spiral staircase. There is a shared parking area outside with one car space allocated to the apartment

The host was very welcoming and informative. The accomodation was near to the town centre and ski lifts . It had everything you needed with a supermarket just round the corner. Excellent will definitely book again.
Brilliant accommodation in a perfect location for everything you could need in Morzine. Nice quiet area, great that parking is a an available too. Alan is a great host who is very helpful and responds quickly!

Lovely property, plenty of space for everyone and everything there that we might need. It’s location is spot on, short walk to the lift and town center but far enough to be quiet. Excellent local knowledge of the owners really helped. We would definitely like to go back
We had 4 nights in this wonderful little gem! We absolutely loved it from the moment we walked in. The location is fab few minutes walk to the center or the lifts but lovely and quiet as well. We found it a perfect base. We will definitely be booking again thank you so much
Loads of parking. Short walk to Pleney and super morzine lifts, and also the main town and nightlife. Some restaurants very close but didn't use this time. Great comms from Alan. We were a group of 7 and it was very good fit. We had one night of a big cook up.Great living area with games. Limited space to store skis and boots be front door, but we used the ski lockers and shop storage near lifts, so wasn't an issue. Stairs up and down from ground floor were spiral stairs.
Good solid house at a great location! Only thing I would change are the mattresses/ beds. Kitchen is well equipped, living room cosy and does what it should do.
We had a great time staying in Morzine at Alan’s chalet. There were only 3 of staying so we had masses of space. Everything was very clean and we had all that we needed.
The town is amazing with plenty of good places to eat and drink and the cycling was stunning.
This was a mini ski break and the location was absolutely amazing. Just a few minutes walk to everywhere. The chalet was really well presented and very spacious. The communication was exceptional Alan replied to a couple of questions within literally minutes. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely look to stay there again next year.
You have space without having space in the small kitchen More than 6 … you have a problem Hopefully we were 4 !With only four plates Globally we have enjoyed the open chimney the location

Lovely apartment in a perfect location to enjoy all that Morzine has to offer.
We stayed for 8 nights in good weather. The apartment is light and airy and has all necessary facilities. It is in a great location, close to the pool complex, tennis courts and other sports facilities and also very well placed for the two main lifts out of Morzine. Restaurants are a few minutes away and the town centre a ten minute stroll. We will definitely go again
Couldn’t rate this property any higher. The apartment is located on a quiet street, with the lifts to the mountains 2 minutes away and Morzine town centre only down the road. The property was clean, and Alan was so obliging whenever we had any questions. Highly recommended.

A super Apartment, summer and winter
We had stayed at Les Vuargnes before a couple of summers ago, so it was great to visit in winter as well. We found the apartment delightful, well equipped, comfortable and so well located. Only a few minutes from the lifts, the "Navette" buses and the nightlife, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful at night. Just perfect. We hope to go again next winter.
