By car from Rome, take the highway to the Pescina exit. Continue along the S. S.83 and meet the villages of Venus (735 m. Above sea level), Gioia dei Marsi and the small center of Gioia Vecchio. Then, through the Passo del Diavolo (1400 m) you reach Pescasseroli.

A1 Naples-Rome

From Naples, take the highway to the Caianello exit. Take S. S. 85 for Venafro and continue with S. S.83 for Alfedena (871 m. Above sea level), crossing the Alta Valle del Sangro, reach Barrea and go along the lake of the same name. Finally, continue to the small center of Opi and arrive in Pescasseroli.
By train Rome-Avezzano-Pescara line to Avezzano station, bus connection to Pescasseroli. Alternatively, the Naples-Castel di Sangro-Pescara line: Castel di Sangro station, bus connection to Pescasseroli.
