Prasini is a stylish and spacious cottage in the Liakada Luxury Cottages complex, painted in sage green and pink. It includes a comfortable double bedroom, bathroom, living room with cooking facilities, and a sofa that converts into a second double bed. An outdoor patio is perfect for a romantic breakfast or dinner under the shade of olive trees. Liakada Luxury Cottages is a small complex consisting of three detached cottages set in a beautiful garden in Ozia Paxos, a privileged area near Gaios and stunning local beaches. Each house is fully air-conditioned, guaranteeing optimal privacy in an oasis of tranquillity.
Liakada offers self-check-in and self-catering, making it the ideal shelter for relaxation. The cottages are equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a shared pool and patio for optimal privacy. Maid service is provided every other day, and laundry facilities, including a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, are available. Prasini Luxury Cottage also has a dining terrace and a comfortable living room. The complex is close to local beaches, with a sun umbrella and cooling bag provided for convenience.

Lovely house

Lovely house, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed the time we spent relaxing at the house and the swimming pool. Kids had fun feeding the cat and the hen.

Cute stone cottage with nice amenities and a lovely little pool. Easy drive to so many places on the island. Very sweet neighbourhood chicken who will follow you around. Recommend to bring mosquito spray - the location has lovely shade from the pine trees but it does come with mozzies

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The staff were helpful and friendly, the cottage was very clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook. We ended up staying at lili cottage due an unforeseen circumstance, but we were very happy there. Its peaceful, secluded and so tranquil. The property requires a car we feel if you want to explore...

The house is dreamy, cozy and surrounded with olive trees. Attention to details, fully-equipped and more lovely than in the photos. The most beautiful fact was that every morning and evening, the white cat was waiting for us and we felt like home. If you are staying there, please feed and take care of the white cat and chicken

We had a lovely 5 nights. 

We were a large group with children aged 2 to 13 and felt completely at home in the accommodation. The holiday home was super clean, and the entire complex was very well maintained. The rooms were spacious and cleaned regularly, and the pool was checked every evening—everything was in top condition. The kitchen was well-equipped; we didn't lack anything. Adonis and his wife were incredibly friendly, helpful, and very fond of children. We highly recommend the accommodation.

Lugar espetacular. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Cozinha com o necessário para a preparação de café da manhã e refeições. Jardim e áreas externas muito agradáveis. É necessário ter um meio de transporte, mas amei a localização em meio a oliveiras lindíssimas e ao canto dos pássaros.. Bom gosto na decoração. Bons produtos de banho e, o mais importante, cama muito confortável. (EN: Spectacular place. Everything is very clean and organized. The kitchen has everything you need for breakfast and meals. The garden and outdoor areas are very pleasant. Transportation is necessary, but I loved the location surrounded by beautiful olive trees and birdsong. The decor is tasteful, the bathroom amenities are good, and most importantly, the bed is very comfortable.)

Το σπιτάκι ήταν τέλειο. Μέσα στο πράσινο κ στην ησυχία. Ευρύχωρο, πεντακάθαρο κ πολύ άνετο. Ένας μικρός παράδεισος μέσα στα δέντρα κ στο πράσινο. Τέλεια διακοσμημένο. Είχε τα πάντα (ομπρέλα θαλάσσης, ψάθες μέχρι κ ψυγειακι παραλίας). Η κυρία που προσέχει κ καθαριζει τα σπίτια πολύ ευγενική κ γλυκιά. Η πισίνα μέσα στο πράσινο κ την ηρεμία. Στο οικόπεδο υπάρχουν 3 σπιτάκια αλλά ουσιαστικά είσαι σα να είσαι απομονωμένος από τα άλλα δύο λόγω βλάστησης. Τέλειο μέρος για ήρεμες διακοπές. Είναι ακόμα πιο ωραίο από ότι δείχνουν οι φωτός. Πήγαμε αρχές Μαϊου κ η τιμή ήταν επίσης καταπληκτική. (EN: The house was perfect. In the green and quiet. Spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A little paradise in the trees and in the green. Perfectly decorated. It had everything (beach umbrella, mats and even a beach cooler). The lady who takes care of and cleans the houses is very kind and sweet. The pool in the green and quiet. There are 3 houses on the plot but you are essentially isolated from the other two due to vegetation. Perfect place for a peaceful vacation. It is even more beautiful than the photos show. We went in early May and the price was also amazing.)

What a beautiful place!

What a beautiful place! It was perfectly clean, the cleaning lady is very friendly. She cleaned every day and even did some dishes! Some basic kitchen anmenties were lacking. It would be nice not to have to buy salt and pepper for instance. The street cats are friendly and will keep you company during your stay :) The pool is amazing, but a bit too cold in the beginning of May. Oh, get a rental Jimny Jeep. You will thank me for this tip, because the roads are crazy.

Everything you need for self-catering. Lovely pool area. The site consists of 3 villas, very quiet and peaceful stay. Very comfy bed! Cleaner cane daily. Great for families You need a car/taxi/ moped to reach this. Not possible on foot. No tavernas nearby either so a vehicle is a must

The villa was very clean and comfortable for 4 people who were us! The decoration style was very flat! Also, the house had everything necessary, such as plates, forks, pots, glasses. Nothing was missing! There was even an ashes, iron, and ironing board! There is a large storage space for clothes suitcases Around the surrounding area, in the green and everything you need for rest! The pool is very clean! We were lucky to have it all our own !! I will definitely choose it again for the holidays!

Location is great

Location is great as it is close to the centre but only a short drive away to peace and quite in a beautiful setting. The cottage was super clean. We had a lovely stay and it was a good base to explore Paxos.

What an absolutely gorgeous house in every way.

Beautiful house in a gorgeous garden with lovely linen, crockery and furniture. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. The house had everything that you might need and the maid was very helpful in explaining g everything to us.
