OUR GUESTS CAN REACH THE STREETS OF SHOPPING IN A FEW MINUTES AND TASTE OUR SPECIALTIES READING A NEWSPAPER, WITH THE WONDERFUL VIEW ON PIAZZA DUOMO.
The elegant, functional, welcoming and bright villa offers a garden with table, chairs and umbrellas where you can have breakfast and spend relaxing moments with the possibility of hosting your animal friends; equipped kitchen, sleeping area, full bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels, iron, satellite TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi connection. VILLA equipped with all comforts. Its particularity is also its proximity to the sea, the spa and places of landscape, cultural and even entertainment interest. From home it is easy and comfortable to reach the sea, for the younger ones it is very nice to follow a nature trail called "Le Chiazzette" to reach the sea of Santa Maria La Scala, a seaside village of other times.

Great location with beautiful views!

We stayed here with our 6 kids ( ages 6 to 16) and had a wonderful time. We used it as our home base and took day trips all around Sicily. It's close to the center of town and we especially enjoyed the evenings on the balcony with views of the water. Air conditioning was a must so we were happy to have it, we could do laundry each day and we were close to parking and the grocery store. Frederica was very kind and helpful, we highly recommend it, great value!
