Note: Garden space used as a walk through to the other properties within the building. The storage room that contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and hoover, is not inside the studio but just one flight of stairs from it, It is not shared with any other building occupants, it only belongs to the Hamilton Studio. There is a bike rack in the bin storage
