It s good both for solo adventurers and business travelers.

Pleased with our stay .
My wife and I arrived by rental car before 4 PM and met Pavle Mark; we had texted him 30 minutes before. Speaking good English, he gave instructions on how to park in the rear of the apartment, then helped carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs as the complex's single elevator was under repair.
Apartment #8 was clean, just as pictured and nicely outfitted with kitchenware, soaps/cleaning supplies and a washing machine. Pavle apologized for the wall TV not being hooked up and offered his help in any other way he could.
Unfortunately, this nice apartment overlooks a main road with annoying vehicle noise, otherwise, the location is excellent with 2 supermarkets one block north and next to the Srpska’s National Assembly where this city's pedestrian street begins.
We were generally pleased with our stay here which offers good value prepaying with VRBO.
ps; Elevator was fixed on our last day. Apartment looks directly to the new Grand Trade Center complex.
