There is also stereo system, PlayStation4, Nintendo Wii and flatscreen-TV in the activity room. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned with 9 bedrooms, all with box mattresses except the extra beds. There are 3 bathrooms, all have shower and underfloor heating. The living/dining room is tastefully furnished with stereo system/CD player, flatscreen-TV, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. On the plot you will find sandpit, slide and swings for the children and a terrace with sun loungers. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the standard listed price. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
