Apartment located approx. 300 m from a child safe beach and one of Funen's largest marinas. From the living room you have views of the area including lakes and a beautiful scenery. The living area is equipped with TV, DVD player, game console and a digtal TV system with 12 channels. The apartment has 2 spacious terraces with garden furniture. From the two bedrooms there is access to one of the terraces and from the living room you have access to the south facing terrace. The apartment is equipped with bathroom with shower. Kitchen with white cabinets and a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and built-in cooker/oven in stainless steel.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
