Near Øster Hurup's good beach is this tastefully decorated holiday cottage on a large plot with lawn. The house is large and can easily accommodate 2 families, as all bedrooms are spacious. The house is modern performed with many interesting details. Functionally furnished with large living room with wood-burning stove in the living quarters. Kitchen/dining area with all appliances. 2 bathrooms, one equipped with whirlpool for 4 people. There is a sauna. Decorated with nice bedrooms of which 2 have box mattresses that can be double or pulled apart as single beds. Good terraces around the house and a large lawn with a swing set and room for ball games. Heating through oil boiler and the house is highly insulated. No letting to youth groups.
