The pool is 18 m2 and has a slide for the children to enjoy. In the activity room you will find table football, billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. There are TVs in more rooms as well as a PlayStation4, Nintendo Wii and blu-ray player. The house is built around 2 separate sleeping areas each with a bathroom and then there is also a bathroom near the pool room. The living/dining room is tastefully furnished and has stereo set with CD player, TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove for a cold evening. In the well-appointed kitchen you will find a large fridge, freezer and 2 dish washers. Outside there is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Due to the size of the house the price on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed price. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups. Settlement of the deposit is paid in cash on the spot to the caretaker.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
