Villa Mandolina is located in the fishermen s village Marusici in the heart of the Omis Riviera - a 35 km long Riviera of outstanding beauty. Our new vacation Villa is located on the small hill upon the private beach (only private steps) and the apartment includes, terrace with tremendous views to the sea, as the matter of fact almost every room in the apartment has a balcony with view to the sea.

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage. Der Ausblick ist großartig. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Split und Omis unternommen. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame, ruhige und schöne Zeit und kommen garantiert wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Ein toller Urlaub in einer sehr modernen Ferienwohnung

Gebucht hatten wir eigentlich die Villa Mandolina, aber die gewünschte Ferienwohnung gab es leider nicht mehr in dem Zeitraum, so dass uns der Gastgeber von sich aus eine bessere Wohnung mit Pool in einer anderen, nahe gelegenen Villa (Divina) angeboten hat. Das haben wir gerne angenommen. Vielen Dank hierfür! Die Villa ist gelegen an einer steilen Küste mit herrlichem Blick über die Adria, hatte einen schönen, wenig frequentierten Pool (für die Gäste der Villa), den unsere Kinder und auch wir immer wieder genutzt haben. Sogar aus dem Pool heraus ist es ein schöner Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung hat unseren Ansprüchen voll entsprochen, ist hell gefliest und sehr modern eingerichtet. Der große Balkon (M3 Wohnung)ist zur Südseite geneigt und daher hatten wir sogar manchmal Schatten, was bei den Temperaturen nicht schlecht war. Im Zweifel gab es auch noch einen Sonnenschirm. Zu den insgesamt vier Villen (eine Zufahrtsstrasse) gehört auch ein schöner, kleiner Privatstrand aus grobem Kies/Steinen. Es lies sich hier auch schnorcheln, wobei es aber keine Korallen oder ähnliches gab. Das Wasser extrem warm und klar, ungewöhnlich, das Meer überwiegend ruhig. Jede Wohnung hatte eigene zwei Liegen, die es abzusperren galt. Sogar Standup Paddel bietet der Gastgeber an für einen kleinen Preis, direkt vor Ort. Leider haben wir davon zu spät erfahren bzw. wahrgenommen. Der kleine Ort Marusici hat ein gutes Restaurant und einen kleinen Laden, der so ziemlich alles zu guten Preisen anbietet. Unweit weg von der Villa, Fußweg 5min. Das weniger schöne an der steilen Küste ist, dass man über eine sehr steile schmale Treppe zum Privatstrand musste, und das bedeutete laufen bis zur letzten Puste. Auch zum Einkaufsladen musste man den steilen Weg immer wieder hoch. Wenn man weniger fit war, anstrengend ;) Das ist dann auch der fehlende 5. Stern. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die super freundliche Rezeptionsleitung, die uns immer half und Tipps gab. Auch Herr Zuzul, der Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank nochmal. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Und die tolle Umgebung mit den schönen Buchten und herrlichem Blick über die Adria tut ihr übriges, um doch den 5. Stern vergeben zu müssen.

Spitze! Ich würde wieder kommen!

Wir kamen mit dem Bus nach Marusici. Es hat an den Tag sehr viel geregnet ich rief in das Appartement an. Der Chef hat uns mit dem Auto sehr schnell persönlich abgeholt. Prima Geste! Sonst, sehr sehr nette Anlage. Zum Privat-Strand nur zwei Minuten. DANKE SCHÖN!

Sehr ruhig mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Sehr komfortabel, herrlicher Meerblick, schöner Strand unter der Villa. Glasklares türkisfarbenes sauberes Meerwasser. Minimarkt nur hundert Meter entfernt, sowie zwei Restaurants. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, alles sehr sauber.

Perfect place to stay ;)

This was our first visit to Croatia and we could not have a picked a better place to stay. The view from the apartment towards the sea was superb:-) The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. The quality of the apartment was excellent and so well designed. The whole property was cleaned to a very high standard. The owners and staff were very helpful. They even organised our transfer to and from Split Airport and also a hire car for three days. Private Beach is wonderful, we also had the trip to natural attraction with the owner and It was such an amazing experience!

Traumhaft!!!

Villa liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von zwei Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäft. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Ferienwohnung ist modern und sauber. Alles ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet, besonders schön finden wir der Ausblick von der Terrasse. Der Privatstrand unter der Villa...

Absolut empfehlenswert, Geheimtip...

Die Gastgeber sind einfach total nett und in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit und versuchen in allen Belangen zur Hilfe zu stehen. :-) Auch die Apartements sind sehr großzügig und der Preis ist absolut fair. Unsere bisherigen Aufenthalte waren immer wieder aufs Neue sehr schön und sind immer eine Empfehlung wert, wir lieben diese Küste, diese Ortschaft und die Lage so sehr.

Fantastic!

The owner was very friendly on arrival and the accommodation was excellent. The facilities were very high quality, the location excellent. The owner offered us even figs from their garden, which was great surprise ;) We could not find fault in anything, we recommend this lovely spot to everyone.

Urlaub mit Mängeln

Leider waren wir mit dem Apartment C im Haus Mandolina überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Ausstattung und Größe entsprachen in keinster Weise den dargestellten Bildern. Die Lage direkt über dem Parkplatz erwies sich als sehr laut und geruchsbelästigend sowie wegen nicht vorhandener Fenstervorhänge von außen einsehbar. Das Apartment war für 3 Personen sehr eng, was weder aus der Beschreibung hier auf der Plattform noch auf der Homepage des Vermieters hervorging. Es gibt nur wenig aussagekräftige Grundrisse. Auch der Balkon bot für max. 2 Personen Platz, Meerblick von diesem nur bedingt möglich. Mangelnde Sauberkeit, technisch defekte oder gar nicht erst vorhandene Geräte, durchgelegene Matratzen, kaputter Fliesenfußboden und ein stinkender Abfluß im Bad sowie defekte Sonnenliegen sind nur ein Teil der Mängel. Der Vermieter selbst ist nicht vor Ort. Auf die Mängel angesprochen, wurde einiges umgehend behoben. Nur...warum kann es nicht von vornherein in Ordnung sein?? Trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen sah der Vermieter auch keine Möglichkeit für einen Umzug in eine andere größere Wohnung. Das Positive am ganzen Urlaub war neben der herrlichen Gegend der schöne Strand und das trotz allem freundliche Personal.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback zum Ap. C in der Villa Mandolina. In der Villa Mandolina gibt es insgesamt 5 verschiedene Wohnungen. AP. C ist der kleinste, mit kleinstem Balkon und teils 50% günstigere Preis als Ap. A. Da ist transparent und wurde auch bei Buchung bekannt (Fotos Webseite, Grundriss, Text etc.), aber die Wohnung verfügt über alle andere Annehmlichkeiten die für die Gäste vorgesehen sind (zB.: zwei Liegen am Strand - in Makarska kostet es EUR 20,-/Liege=EUR 40,-/Tag). Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen der Privatstrand, die Gegend und vor allem das freundliche Personal ganz POSITIV bewertet haben, das ist uns sehr wichtig. Vielleicht wäre das alleine für mehr wie niedrigste Note genug? Vermieter ist jawohl vor Ort- dass wissen Sie schon. Hausmeister (die bei Ihnen alle Reklamation erledigt hat) und die blonde Dame sind die Vermieter / die Besitzer, Rezeptionist ist das Familienmitglied etc. Alle Matratzen in der Villa MANDOLINA (obwohl effektiv 2-3 Jahre benutzt) werden für die Saison 2017 ausgetauscht und NEUE Sofas werden angeschafft. Parkplatz- es ist ein privater Parkplatz mit 15 Plätzen (Einbahn Parkplatz) und es kommt vielleicht zu wenige Bewegungen pro Tag. Mit Ihnen haben wir täglich kommuniziert / mehrere Gespräche / fast tägliche E-Mails/ Staff, viel viel mehr wie üblich und auf Ihre Wünsche SOFORT reagiert. Umzug war nicht möglich, da die andere Wohnungen belegt waren (niemand hast storniert), wir hätten Ihnen gerne andere angeboten. Andere 3- köpfige Familie die Ihnen die Wohnung C in 2 Etage angeboten hat (Sie auch kennengelernt haben), war mit dem Apartment und mit Preis/Leistungsverhäthnis sehr zufrieden, aber wir akzeptieren andere Meinung. Wir haben meistens Stammgäste, da wir uns die Zeit für die Gäste nehmen und obwohl von 100 Gästen vielleicht eine, andere Vorstellung haben wird, wir werden uns weiterhin bemühen und sind für jeden Vorschlag dankbar. Wir bedanken uns nochmals für Ihre Bewertung und wünschen Ihnen und Ihrer Familie alles Gute.

Da fühlt man sich recht herzlich willkommen

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gemütlich ausgestattet; Meerblick atemberaubend, Strand wunderschön. Die Vermieter sind wirklich herzlich und helfen gern. Den Restauranttip im Nachbarort (Shuttle Gratis!) haben wir gern aufgenommen und waren vom Essen begeistert, frischer Fisch in bester Qualität. Die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe sind auch ganz gut (besonders Maris). Auch sind direkt Parkplätze am Haus vorhanden. Auch die Lage war perfekt. Alles super. Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn wir nach Dalmatien kommen.

Fantastic accommodation!

A wonderful villa, great location, charming village, outstanding views from the terrace, peaceful and idyllic – we´ll be back soon. ;) Next summer we plan to spend our Vacation in Spain and then come back to beautiful Croatia, to Villa in Marusici, but stay longer than 1 week. Thank you.

Brilliant week. Lovely.

Thank you for a relaxing stay in your Villa. The sea view cannot be beaten and the beach is amazig. We loved nice intimate beaches which were so close. We would visit again in an instant. Thank you for an amazing time here in the gorgeous place. Even It was the end of September, the wheather was amazing and we could enjoy the sun on the terrace. We thank you again and for sure this was only our 1st Vacation in Villa Mandolina!

A really special stay...

We had a wonderful two weeks and enjoyed every second of our stay in Villa Mandolina and this beautiful place. Even it was beginning of May the weather was very nice, sunny and warm, we could really feel the nature and peacful touch of nature. The Villa is very well situated for trips to nearby Island, and cities as Split, Makarska, Omis etc. every day was something new for us. The staff was amazing and was quick to assist in any way. This is one of the best stays we've had in a long time! We thank you again and this year we will be in Italy but next year will be back to Villa Mandolina. We wish you all the best.

Wonderful Holiday

Just wanted to say we had wonderful time in Villa Mandolina (with my wife, sister and our kids). We loved the apartment with the huge terrace and breathtaking view. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub mit vielen Eindrücken in zwei Wochen. Villa Mandolina ist einfach Traumhaft schön und der Service und die Mitarbeiter alle unfassbar lieb und gelassen. Man kann gar nicht alle Eindrücke aufschreiben aber es ist ein Erlebnis und eine Weiterempfehlung wert :) Super kristallklaren blauen Wasser. We had the best holidays we have ever had in Croat

We had a beautiful view of the crystal clear sea, the private beach was clean and equipped with sunbeds, which was very good. Since we spent with our young children in our holiday in Villa Mandolina, it was very great that we did not have the bathing equipment wear every day at the beach, but could be accommodated in the general beach house. We will spend our holiday in any case again in Mandolina. Thank to stuff Rosa and Ana

Photos trompeuses et accueil peu chaleureux

La crique privée est effectivement très jolie mais attention, les photos disponibles sur ce site ne concernent que très peu d'appartements. La plupart sont beaucoup plus petits et leur exposition bien différente de celle affichée sur les photos. N'oubliez pas de consulter le site internet de la villa et de bien regarder les caractéristiques de l'appartement que vous souhaitez louer. Appartement sommairement équipé et accueil très peu chaleureux. Résidence située sur la route du littoral très passante, voiture indispensable (sauf pour la plage). Accès à la plage par de longs escaliers étroits.

Dear Sirs, We have a website www.villa-mandolina.com where everything is very well described with lot of photos and plans of each apartment. The number of photos of homeaway is very limited, but our website is written on Homeaway-Advert as well as in 1st mail of communication and every other. It hasn´t happened so far that the guest booked the smallest apartment (which has the price 60% lower than the biggest) and thinking to book the biggest one. We have 70-80% of permanent guests and recommendation guests and we are very proud of it and thankfull to our guests. We are always grateful for any feedback that make us better and we always get new ideas from the guests. Villa Mandolina is placed in very quite place, village and one of the biggest advantages of the Villa is quietness and very unique position and sea view panorama. It has a private beach accessible easy with private steps. The village is very well connted (Highway 17 km- Sestanovac, Coastal road- 200m) We have a two restaurants 150 m away as wll as grocery store, free shuttles to other two traditional well-know restaurants, bus station 400 m only from apartment, that is way the car in not necessary but recommended If you are keen to visit other suorrandings.
