"Les Palmiers" is a luxury villa in a secure resort on the Spanish waterfront

The villa located on the "gated" residential resort Jan Sofat is elevated and is very "well on the wind". It has a large tropical garden (1200m2), large driveway with Kingpalms and automatic entrance leading to the double garage and the entrance. The entrance hall and the entire house are in Spanish imported terracotta tiles. The property has 3 levels and is completely walled in for privacy.
In the entrance hall we reach level -1. Here we find the master bedroom 1 and 2 bedrooms. From the hall you reach level 0, where the living room, the spacious luxury kitchen and the porch (45m2) with a terrace (2x7m) at the front with a beautiful panoramic view of the "Spanish Water" are located. At the front there is a terrace with round table for 4 people on the ground floor and at the rear is a 3rd terrace (3x9m) with wooden table for 4 to 6 people and a "Weber" barbeque.

Here you have a beautiful panorama of the resort, the Spanish Water and a view of the swimming pool through the shutter windows but especially from the terrace. On the terrace you can also dine with 2 people at a typical Moroccan table and settle down in a 3 person sitting room.
On level -1 is the spacious entrance hall where the master bedroom 1 (Auping bed 1.80 x 2.00 m) with en suite dressing room and bathroom (shower and double sinks) (together 45 m 2) open up as well as 2 bedrooms (17 m 2) with double bed that a share bathroom.
At level +1 there is the master bedroom 2 (Auping bed 1.80 x 2.00 m), en suite dressing room and bathroom with walk-in rain shower (together 50 m2)
Behind the garage is the separate laundry room (3x3m) with washing machine.
The house of 320m2 is equipped with alarm, safe (2x), internet (wifi), air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms. Downstairs, at street level there is extra covered space for 2 cars accessible via manual double gate. The garden is mature with cacti, bananas, mango and other native plants and trees.
