West 601 offers an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is just off the kitchen complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, a TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Oh that view!

There is just no way to get enough of the view this home offers! It’s a very short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean, check in was easy and the rooms were spacious. Overall an excellent experience. Note : the only thing I found missing was some basic stuff like salt / seasonings/ sugar etc in the kitchen. Other places tend to have it and that just helps in the amount one needs to carry / buy.

Better Than Expected!

Silver Beach Towers was the last place my mother visited before leaving us unexpectedly in 2017. We finally made it there in March 2024 and it was everything she described and more! We typically go to Gulf Shores, AL, but changed it up this year. The water was crystal clear - the clearest I've seen in the U.S. (except for Hawaii). The resort was wonderful and had all we needed. The condo even had some updates that weren't in the original photos (mainly furniture upgrades), and it was stunning and so comfortable! I loved the layout! Most condos we rent are all open concept, but I prefer the way Silver Beach Towers is laid out as it provides more privacy and more of a home feel. We will most definately come back!

Just what we needed!

My husband and I brought our mother's on a beach trip. They are 83 and 73 years old. We wanted them each to have their own bedroom and bathroom and of course we also had our own. It was perfect. Access to the beach was so easy for them with not too much walking. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. The parking was convenient and the complex was at a traffic light so getting in and out was easy. Overall great experience. Some of the furniture is a little dated but that didn't affect our wonderful stay at all.

Excellent propery!

We loved staying here! One of the unspoken but best features is that the property sits at a light, so it is much easier to turn in and out of it! And underground assigned parking? YES! The condo itself was so spacious and lovely in all ways. Our family felt so comfortable here. The view from the balcony is just perfection! It felt so safe and clean. We love the beach service, and the pool was awesome! Definitely would stay here again!!!!

This condo is really good and we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The Compass Resort people are awesome. So very helpful. The only complaint is that the pipes in the master bedroom make a terrible noise when you flush the toliet. I reported it to the staff and I feel certain it will be handle quickly. This is a nice unit.

Beautiful place great location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was amazingly spacious. And. Has plenty of sleeping. Only thing the unit didn't have any cooking spices not even salt and pepper. Not a complaint just observation.

Great location, very clean and secure. Good access to beach and pool. Our only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom, lumpy and we felt like we were sleeping in a hole. Overall very nice condo and comfortable for our family of 5
