64 MOORING BUOY, ON THE BEACH PATH. ONE MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH. When you spend your Hilton Head Vacation in our home you are only 'steps' from the most fabulous beach in all of South Carolina. Located in the exclusive Gated Palmetto Dunes Resort community, this home is the second home from the beach, steps to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean & private, crystalline beach, on the beach path. A one minute walk to the beach, The address to this Vacation Home is 64 Mooring Buoy.

DESCRIPTION:
A low-country-style home, with a large southern front porch complete with ceiling fans and rocking chairs.

MAIN LEVEL:
The main level has a large, open floor plan, the great room consisting of the living room, with HD-TV, dining room, breakfast room , and fully-equipped, updated kitchen. Continuing on the main level are two identical master bedroom suites, each with a king size bed, HD-TV, large walk in closet, new renovated, 2018 large master bathrooms, with Jacuzzi tubs, double sinks/vanities, and walk in showers. In addition, on the main level, is a beautifully decorated private comfy den/5th bedroom, sleeper sofa, fireplace, bar, & HD-TV. Also on this level is the full cabana bath with shower, laundry room, full sized washer/dryer, screen porch and large upper deck. The entire back of the house overlooks the beautiful grounds & outdoor pool/spa.

LEVEL TWO:
The second level of this spacious home you will find the large open loft area, The Sailboat Bedroom and the Lighthouse Bedroom, each bedroom has two twin beds and each having full baths with showers. The open, spacious, floor plan, makes this house a very pleasant and comfortable place to spend your Hilton Head vacation with friends & family.

OUTDOORS:
Your initial approach to this house is through the u-shaped driveway with plenty of parking for you and your guests. The sparkling Pool/Jacuzzi are surrounded by a tropical professionally landscaped haven & several cozy outdoor sitting areas.

Great Vacation!

And Marie was very easy to work with and we had a great stay. The home was well equipped and had plenty of space for everyone. The location is great. It was less than a five minute walk to the beach and the house is right on a beach path. The beaches were never overly crowded and the pool and backyard were beautiful! I will definitely return to this hone again!

Absolutely beautiful home.

The Savannah is truly the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in while in Hilton Head. The listing information was very accurate, the home is very well laid out, clean, and comfortable. The home is close to the beach and the bike trails, and there is no shortage of terrific restaurants and shopping within a short driving distance. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Great House, just steps to beach.

This is a great house on Mooring Buoy on the "3rd Row", so its right on the beach path on the beach side. Very short walk to the sand and ocean. Pool and hot tub were great and well cared for deck and outdoor amenities. Everything in the house is well cared for, stocked well, and everything is there you need to have a great time at the beach, pool/beach toys, well stocked kitchen and basically new grill. Our kids loved the quick walk to the beach, less than 1 minute and its right on the bike path to ride around Palmetto Dunes. Very responsive owner make this all the better. Will be a repeat vacationer here!

Wonderful and Then Some!

This was our second year staying at Savannah and it was wonderful as usual. I cannot say enough great things about this property from working with the owners to the convenience to the beach to the comfort of the house. First, Ann Marie and Lou are easy to work with and respond quickly. I feel as if I’ve known them for years. Second, how wonderful it is to walk out of the house directly onto the beach path and be on the beach in a matter of two minutes. This is a gift with young children at the beach...to be able to go back and forth to the house easily. Third, the comfort of the house is amazing. My family especially loved the backyard with the private pool and two separate eating areas. Also the screened-in porch is delightful. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a full washer and dryer off the kitchen. There is a table large enough to accommodate my entire family for dinner. I cannot say enough great things about this house and the owners except to say.....I’m already booked for next year and the year after. Thank you Ann Marie and Lou for sharing your beautiful home. We love it as much as you do!

perfect as always!

Another great week at the beach! As usual everything was amazing - the owners are fabulous, the house is beautiful and the location is perfect! We are repeat guests for several years now which probably is the best evidence of how much we love it!

Why they chose this property

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head since 1979, renting homes in the same area where our home now stands. In 1997, it was time to build our dream home on Hilton Head Island. We decided that it had to be in Palmetto Dunes. We found the perfect piece of property, located directly on the beach path, our home is only steps to the beach. The walk to the beach takes about one minute! Our children were just little ones when we first discovered Hilton Head Island.They are both grown, they still enjoy the island and vacation on Hilton Head with their families. They have made wonderful memories of summers on Hilton Head & cherish and enjoy the beauty of the Island.

What makes this property unique

Our guests find our home very comfortable and inviting. There is everything you will need to have a memorable stay. The pool is one of the largest pools on the island, and is surrounded by lovely, lush professional landscaping. There are 3 outdoor seating areas, a cozy and charming screened in porch, and my favorite is the country style front porch. I love sitting in the rocking chairs while enjoying the beauty of Hilton Head.
Our home is "spotless", updated regularly, and is large enough for two families to share. There are two master bedroom suites, (4) tv's, master size walk in closets, master baths with jacuzzi tubs, separate stall showers and double vanities. The great room consists of the living room area, the dining room area with seating for eight, the adjacent kitchen nook with seating for four, and the kitchen counter bar. There's enough room for everyone all together. The flow of this house is fabulous.

On the second level there are two additional bedrooms each having (2) twin beds, and each having their own private bath, with tub/shower. There is a private 5th bedroom/den off the great room, the laundry room with full size washing machine & dryer, and a 5th full bathroom is off the kitchen area.
Also adjacent to the kitchen is the lovely screened in porch, which leads to the upper deck. The entire back of the first level of the home overlooks the pool, the deck and the beautiful landscaped grounds. I love walking to the beach in the early morning with my coffee. I sit on the beach steps & enjoy the view. It is very relaxing. Beach bike riding is a favorite for all, Palmetto Dunes beach is beautiful for long bike rides. In addition, there is a bike path running through Palmetto Dunes. I can promise you, that you will love the stay in our home. We have several families who return every year.
