About this property

Villa Vista is lovely house with far reaching views towards Torrente and Valencia City. It is located just a short drive from the main road from Torrente to Montserrat. This enables an easy access to the property, and an excellent place to explore the area, situated just 5KM from the village of Montserrat with all its bars, restaurant, supermarket and health care center on your door step. It is very quiet with very little passing traffic. A great place to unwind and relax.

It has excellent road to A7 and A3 motorways and only 25 minutes to Valencia Airport and 30 minutes to Valencia City with its vibrant atmosphere and an abundance of things to do.

The house consists of an open plan kitchen, dinner and living room with a large French doors to a covered terrace. There are three double bedrooms, one with a triple bunk, two bathroom, one of which is the master en-suite. Outside is a large pool area with lots of space for sun lounges with a great view.
