A modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms set on a large private gated plot with ample parking, gardens, terraces and large private pool all with far reaching views over the fruit farms to the Mediterranean sea at Cullera, just south of Valencia.
The villa, located 40 minutes drive from central Valencia & airport, is set on the mountainside in a semi rural position and has what we feel are the best views in the area. The sunrise and sunsets from the terrace are amazing and the view changes at night when all the villages and seafront properties are lit up.
The villa is available all year round with cooling air conditioning in the summer and a log burner which keeps the villa and its occupants warm in the winter.
This location is all about the views, from sunrise to sunset and even at night the views are stunning.
The villa, whilst being on the edge of an urbanisation, is in a secluded position which is quiet and peaceful but is also a short drive to local towns, main roads, train & metro stations, the city of Valencia and the coast.

We have owned this property for many years and love to share it with families and groups who want to get away from it all but also be close enough to Valencia and major routes. We are tucked away in a quiet and largely undiscovered part of Spain where guests are made to feel welcome by locals and there is plenty to discover.
Why they chose this property
We have spent a lot of time refurbishing this property over the years and replaced the pool and terraces in time for the 2019 season. The villa is a modern 3 bedroom villa with family shower room, master ensuite shower room and outside shower. There is a spacious kitchen diner and large lounge and with all the conveniences you'd expect from a modern holiday home like fast wifi and streaming services.
The pool is stunning and the terraces are great places to sit, lounge, chill out & relax but ultimately it is all about the big skies & far reaching views across the fruit farms to the sea which we think are the best in the area.
Hot and cold air conditioning in the lounge and two of the bedrooms which keeps the place cool in the summer and warm in the winter plus a fantastic log burner in the lounge makes this villa a year round property. The master bedroom has a private terrace perfect for quieter moments. The villa is gated and self contained and whilst there is one property nearby it is used as a holiday home occasionally.
Whilst in a semi rural location the villa is only a short drive from the city centre of Valencia, the coast & a well connected road network.
