Heating in general is rather poor, except the water heating. Most rooms are equipped with infra red screens, which only heat very locally resulting in hot and cold spots where it is inconvenient to bring together 8 people. Living room is equipped with a stove that is very hard to regulate well. The entrance and staircase are centrally located in the house but cannot be heated as cold are is drawn in from the basement permanently. Kitchen is not designed for large groups: practically impossible to have spots for 8 people around the table. Dishwasher is very small, typical model for 2 people. Overal looks of the kitchen are outdated and worn out, examples are: missing panel below the oven and wood stove. Bathrooms: generally positive! As said: warm showers and bath every day for everyone. Bath mats are to be replaced as they look old/pale/miserable. Further: the dryer is defect, and there was no dedicated space to dry the skiing equipment. All in all, in my opinion the accommodation is extremely overrated with a price of allmost 3000 EUR for a week of renting. Too much crap, too little facilities...

Charmantes Hüttenfeeling

Uriges Haus, genügend Platz für 6 Erwachsene und einen großen Hund, super sauber, alles da, was nan braucht, sehr gemütlich. Lage an der Straße, 3 Etagen mit sehr steiler Treppe in das Dachgeschoss, Wlan lückenhaft.

Den rymliga layouten var perfekt för vår vänskapsgrupp, och det mysiga vardagsrummet skapade några minnesvärda kvällar tillsammans, Läge är fantastiskt för skidåkning, med en busshållplats bara en kort promenad bort, Vi älskade också den lugna trädgården, där vi njöt av morgonkaffe omgiven av natur, Allt var rent och välutrustat, från köket till de bekväma sängarna, Rekommenderar starkt för alla som söker en fredlig tillflyktsort!

Hüttenzauber

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Super Liebe Vermieterin. Das Gaus ist sauber und ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Für 8 - 10 Personen seh gut geeignet. Bis zum nächsten Stadt Hopfgarten sind es zu Fuß ca. 1 Stunde die man schön über einen Wanderweg erreichen kann. Die Küche hatte 2 Kühlschränke. Alles vorhanden was man zum kochen braucht. Man konnte das Haus sehr gut heizen über einen Kachelofen in der Stube, ansonsten war in jedem Raum eine Infrarotheizung die bestens funktioniert hat. Rundherum eine schöne Woche mit Freunden und Hund in diesem Haus verbracht, leider fehlte der Schnee. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Liebe auf den 2. Blick.

Erst empfanden wir dasHaus als zu rustikal. Nach einer Eingewöhnungszeit wussten wir es zu schätzen, auch wegen der 2 Hunde, die wir mitbringen durften. Es ist schwer eine Unterkunft zu finden, die Hunde erlaubt. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön. Eine schöne Badestelle am Bach, nicht weit vom Haus, hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Badesee und Minigolf in der Nähe war auch super.

Perfekt für ein Familienwochenende

Toll renoviertes Haus mit Hüttenfeeling. Super bequeme Betten. Sehr gut ausgestattet- man hat alles was man braucht. Ansonsten hilft die Hausverwalterin immer weiter. Kein direkter Kontakt, aber ganz unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Haus ist einfach zu erreichen und hat vor allem für Familien einiges in der Nähe zu bieten (Salvenaland, Wildpark Aurach etc.).

Schönes Haus, mit 2 Öfen, die mit Holz befeuert werden. In den anderen Zimmern Infrarotheizung. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Zimmer sind mit schön eingerichtet, die Möbel darin ziemlich neu. Lage direkt an der Skibushaltestelle (der fährt um 9:15 nach Hopfgarten).

Het is een gezellig boerderijtje in een zeer rustig stuk van Hopfgarten. Tot nu toe zijn we nog niemand Tegengekomen (3 dagen). Het huis is goed geoutilleerd. Alleen missen we overal door het huis haken of stangen om kleding / handdoeken aan op te hangen. Zonde dat al de verwarmingselementen zo hoog ophangen. Fijne dagen.

Ausstattung des Bauernhauses war gut. Nachteilig war, dass keine Terrasse auf der sonnigen Südseite vorhanden war. Auf der Terrasse nordseitig war es außerdem sehr laut aufgrund der anliegenden Straße und des vorbeifliessenden Baches.

Gut gepflegtes Haus für viele Personen

Das Haus ist gut gut ausgestattet v.a. In der Küche. Genügend Platz für 10 Personen. Alles sauber vorgefunden. Der übliche Bauernhauscharakter ist mit modernisierten Bädern gut erhalten. Direkte Kommunikation hatten wir keine. Aber alles vor Ort vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Vielleicht wären ein paar Angaben zu Unternehmungen im Sommer noch unterstützend. Auch zu den Mülltrennungsmodalitäten wäre ein schriftlicher Hinweis ganz praktisch. Aber sonst top! Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Geräumiges und gemütliches Ferienhaus

Ein traditionelles Haus mit modernem Komfort. Reichlich Platz mit 5 Doppel-Schlafzimmern und zwei Babybetten. EG=Keller, im 1. Stock ist der Eingang, Wohnstube, Küche, Bad und Terrasse. Im 2. Stock 3 Schlafzimmer davon 1 Durchgangszimmer, im Dachgeschoss 2 Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Bad. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. (Achtung: Das Laden eines E-Autos ist nicht ohne weiteres möglich. Keine Steckdosen unten und außen, bei uns streikte das Ladegerät wegen Überspannung)

Fast perfekt, sehr nette Hausverwalterin!

Urige Hütte mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Skilifte. Genug Platz für 10 Erwachsene, zu beachten ist dabei das Durchgangszimmer. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen bietet genug Platz für alle. Check-in und weitere Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin waren hervorragend, auch als der Kachelofen Probleme gemacht hat, kam sie mit einem Handwerker am Sonntag zur Hilfe. Wir würden wiederkommen und können die Hütte daher klar empfehlen!

Huis heeft vele gebreken. Buitendeur van keuken sluit niet goed. Ruit in woonkamer is stuk. Huis is heel moeilijk warm te stoken. Onvoldoende warm water in boiler voor 9 personen. Gevaarlijke gladde douche in badkamer. Slechte afvoer toilet en douche in badkamer. Gescheiden afval voor een hele week voor 9 personen moet binnen bewaard blijven in niet afgesloten ruimte vlak naast keuken, etc etc etc... Klacht ingediend bij verhuurder Bellvilla

Wir haben mit drei Generationen in diesem Ferienhaus Urlaub gemacht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das alte Bauernhaus ist liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Wohnräume sehr gemütlich! Wir waren tagsüber beim wandern und haben abends den Kachelofen eingeheizt und gemütliche Herbstabende in der Stube verbracht. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft!
