Perfect holiday house next to Cape Town, with breathtaking sea view
Neptune Holiday Home is located close to the main road between Fishoek and Simon's Town, in a peaceful, dead-end street.
Recently fully renewed house with 4 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, and 2 with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom. The two others have a shared bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower and a heated tower rail. Two bathrooms have a bathtub.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the commodities and utensils you can expect to find in a modern kitchen. Comfortable lounge equipped with TV and DVD player.
You will have a parking place in the garage; the door works with a remote control. You can access directly from the lounge from the garage.
All the windows and doors are secured against burglars and there is a state of the art security system in the house. You buy electricity with the card you will find in the house.
From the garden, you can enjoy spectacular sea views, a view on the harbour of Simon's Town and of the closest beach, Longbeach.

Nice view
The House is realy nice. With a wonderful view over False Bay and Simon’s Town. In Winter it is a bit cold- we have been here in August and September without heating . It is enough place for us 5 people and we enjoyed the staying much.

Thank you for your evaluation. Im sorry you were unlucky with the weather as you had 2 major coldfronts after one another. We are all gratefull for the water it brought though. And I have placed 2 heaters now.

Great Family Accomodation
Located above False Bay close to Simons Town, this gem fitted our party of 6 to perfection, it is in a cul-de-sac with no traffic noise well appointed with all the amenities one could hope for. The view from the property is spectacular and I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to visit the Cape Town area.

Mooie woning op fantastische locatie
Een mooie, ruime woning op een schitterende plek met prachtig uitzicht over zee. Alles in de woning was netjes. Assistentie ter plekke was aanwezig om te adviseren en te bemiddelen bij bijv. het inhuren van schoonmaak assistentie. WiFi werkt naar behoren. Winkels en restaurants zijn in de directe omgeving ruimschoots aanwezig. We hebben er zes weken met veel plezier doorgebracht. Al met al een aanrader voor een ieder die van zon, zee en comfort houdt!

highly recommendable
We enjoyed our holiday very much. It is a great location, everything we needed was available. Fantastic house - even for 8 persons.
And the view from the terasse was so amazing! We enjoyed every morning for breakfast and most times in the evening for dinner.
It iss placed in the m9ddle of Cape og Good Hope an d Cape Town. So many actvities can be done from there without losing much time.
