The ground floor is inhabited by the owners, while the first floor and the attic, connected to each other by an internal staircase, are available to guests.

For the entertainment of young and old, a ping pong table, basketball hoop, slide, swing, trampoline and bicycles are available.
If you want to spend a day in the name of nature and adventure at about 40 km, near Piane delle mele, near the characteristic village of Gragrin famous for its iron works, you will find the fantastic Majella Adventure Park with suspended paths trees.
A few minutes from the villa you will find a minimoto and go-cart track.
