Fotinari Villa 1 is part of the Fotinari Villas complex and one of the two brand new, modern luxury villas which were built and designed in unison.

Fotinari Villa 1 is a 160 sq. m. residence situated in the southern coastal area of Plakias in the prefecture of Rethymno. The Villa boasts stunning ocean views of the Libyan sea and offers its guests a sense of harmony and tranquility and can accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms.

Right below the Villa there are two adjacent small beaches, both within walking distance, which are not organized, but we will provide umbrellas and portable sun beds to our guests, for when you want to walk there. Fotinari Villa is also the ideal base to explore the natural south coast of Crete as it is close to numerous other spectacular beaches as well as close to amenities.

Layout

1st Floor

Entering the villa guests find themselves in a cosy living room, with 45 HDTV, Playstation and bluetooth speaker. Large glass doors offer direct access a spacious veranda, overlooking the sea and pool, equipped with a 3 seater hot tub and outdoor furniture. A twin bedroom offering veranda access, as well as a bathroom with shower are also available on this floor, making this area a small private apartment within the house, offering privacy at your group. The beds can also be set up as a queen bed upon request (1,80 x 2,00). Finally, a laundry room with a washer and a dryer exist on this level.

Ground Floor

Stairs lead from the living room to the ground floor, where you can find an open plan area with the second sophisticatedly furnished living room and dining area. Also, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter can be found next to the seating area. The room also offers direct outdoor access, leading to another veranda and the pool terrace, enjoying magnificent sea vistas.

Additionally, the remaining two bedrooms of the Villa are located on the ground floor, both of them featuring two two single beds each (0,90X2,00), which can be joined together to form a king size bed upon request, both offering direct access to the pool terrace and one of them has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have 32 HDTVs. Last but not least, a family bathroom with shower is also available on this floor. The ground floor has its own entrance from the kitchen which separates it from the first floor guests if desired.

Outdoor area

However, what makes Fotinari Villa 1 really special is its outdoor space, which is designed to make the most out of the beautiful landscape and amazing sea views. More specifically, the outdoor area includes:

-? private infinity swimming pool. The pool can also be heated with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).

-Umbrellas, sun beds and bean bag loungers by the pool

-Gas BBQ facilities, equipped with an outdoor sink and a fridge for your comfort

-Outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola

-Parking space for up to 3 cars

-The Villa and outdoor area are fenced offering privacy to our guests

Etwas Sommer nachgeholt

Haus und Lage sind wunderbar, es ist alles, wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Vom Haus ist man in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss an einer kleinen Badebucht, wo man sofort schnorcheln kann. Größere Strände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zur nächsten Taverne sind es schon ca. 2 Kilometer. Wir sind zum Essen teilweise gelaufen, mal gefahren und auch mal mit dem Taxi zurück. Es gibt aller paar Tage, ich glaube aller 3, einen Reinigungsservice, frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Es gibt viele Zusatzangebote, die man sich zusätzlich buchen kann, also im Haus bekochen lassen etc., wir haben das aber nicht genutzt. Wir können das Objekt sehr empfehlen.

Amazing vacation!

Staying at Fotinari Villa I was a true honour. Its a bit out of town and offers relaxation and a get-away from everyday life. Beautiful view, an excellent house that has pretty much everything you need, and fantastic service from Etouri that manages the service. Id recommend having a car staying here, and then this is pretty much a perfect vacation!
