A modern and luxurious apartment with a sun terrace located in the Punta Prima district. Built in late 2012.
The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped to make visitors feel comfortable.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The living room opens onto the terrace.
It also has a solarium terrace that offers a pleasant view of the park and the sea.
The complex is located just 10 minutes walk from the sea and the beach, 2 minutes from the supermarket, shopping center (Punta Marina), bars and restaurants. There is also a sports center and spa within walking distance.
In the community area there is the swimming pool and the sauna. Due to its quiet location, the apartment is ideal for those who want to rest (blue flag beaches), enjoy long walks along the shore of the Mediterranean Sea), for families with children (park with a play area). It is also perfect for those who want to spend an active vacation (diving, swimming, horse riding, go-karts). Golfers have an ideal starting point here - the nearest golf course is just 4 km from Punta Prima. Distance to the airport is 45 kilometers. The closest are the airports of Alicante and Murcia. Airport transfers are available if you are not traveling with a car.
Car rental is not necessary, as the apartment is close to all services. However, for those traveling by car a parking space is available.

De werkelijkheid en foto’s waren niet ok

Incheck verliep heel snel,ok waren beetje later op bestemming maar hier is de sleutel en zoek het uit!!Appartement was helemaal niet netjes,ongezellig en voelde mij hier niet ok ! Wel goede airco,bed en dicht bij winkels. Komen zeker niet terug!!
