The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped to make visitors feel comfortable.

It also has a solarium terrace that offers a pleasant view of the park and the sea.
The complex is located just 10 minutes walk from the sea and the beach, 2 minutes from the supermarket, shopping center (Punta Marina), bars and restaurants. There is also a sports center and spa within walking distance.
In the community area there is the swimming pool and the sauna. Due to its quiet location, the apartment is ideal for those who want to rest (blue flag beaches), enjoy long walks along the shore of the Mediterranean Sea), for families with children (park with a play area). It is also perfect for those who want to spend an active vacation (diving, swimming, horse riding, go-karts). Golfers have an ideal starting point here - the nearest golf course is just 4 km from Punta Prima. Distance to the airport is 45 kilometers. The closest are the airports of Alicante and Murcia. Airport transfers are available if you are not traveling with a car.
