About this property

Great for multi-family (up to 4 families is best), or groups, this big beach house will sleep 20 comfortably.

Enjoy the in-ground private pool, recreation room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, a large poolside patio with lounge chairs and BBQ. Best of all, this house is on the water, with a large private dock on a creek that leads to the ocean at Indian River Inlet; only ten minutes by boat to the ocean! Great for boating, jet ski, canoe eco-touring. Private boat ramp in the development. Beautiful views of swans, cranes, ducks and geese from the back porch.

The dining room table will seat 18 or more. Large eat in kitchen with everything you will need to cook up a beach feast. Family room with fireplace and cable TV. House is in a quiet development with plenty of parking yet close to everything, two blocks to grocery, medical center, liquor store, and only two miles from the boardwalk at Bethany Beach.

Perfect family gathering

We had a wonderful stay at this house- young and old alike. The backyard is magical with a lovely pool and dock overlooking a canal. The sunroom looking onto pool. Meals on the pool deck were so relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped. The living areas are painted so more updated than the pics on the listing. My teenage kids and their friends loved the basement pool table and ping pong table. Communication w Kevin was very easy. We hope to make it a yearly tradition!

Great location and house

This place is located in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful property that is very convenient to the beach and to grocery shopping. The house is huge and has everything our large family needed, especially a swimming pool. It is right on the water and we were rented kayaks and were able to use them every single day. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes by car and easy to get to. Would definitely Rent again. Owner was responsive and pleasant.

Great house for large group

Property could use some updating but it is very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen is well stocked with tools & small appliances. We plan on coming back next year.

Pool House

The house is large and spacious with plenty of parking. Kids enjoyed the pool. Served the purpose of getting our family of 15 together. Location is close to the grocery stores and reasonably close to the beach. The house is quite outdated and needs some significant TLC and maintenance to restore it to the gorgeous place that I'm sure it once was.

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful experience for our family of 18. Range from infant to 70 yrs old. Lots of room and activities at the house for all age ranges. Nice community to walk around in, ride bikes and walk to get ice cream! We absolutely loved having our own pool and the fire pit was an excellent bonus for us as we love to have camp fires! The dock was nice to walk on and watch the crabs and fish. My dad and brother liked to fish off of it. Had an excellent week for our family vacation. We have always stayed in a small condo and this was an excellent experience for our first time renting a house which gave us a huge amount of room for our growing family! Kevin and his wife were very nice people to deal with for our experience and got to meet them at the house the morning checking in which was very nice also! Definitely recommend! We loved it!
