Detached villa on the sea with magnificent views, large garden, two minutes from the beach, walking.
Ideal to relax, very comfortable facilities, very well connected to visit the region. Access for people with reduced mobility.
It has outdoor jacucci, barbecue, paella set, football and other games.
At 13 kms. of Santander, located on the coastal road with routes to the natural park of the dunes of Liencres.
In the village there is excellent trade from large supermarkets to specialized, butchery fishmonger, greengrocers, bakery open Saturdays Sundays and holidays.
