The chalet is entirely on one level. Looks like a vacation home. You immediately feel at ease. It is surrounded by greenery and birdsong. The proximity to the river makes it a charming and peaceful setting, perfect for disconnecting.

You have access to the property and the garden, except the shed and the garage.

Many beaches for swimming or fishing. Two canoe kayak clubs. A tavern with catering, bar, exhibitions and concerts overlooking the river: Le Palma Nova, and a good restaurant called Le Pessaquai at the village Pessac sur Dordogne. A small supermarket with a petrol station. Villages with many activities and summer festivals.

To come to the chalet, the car is recommended.

The place is 10 minutes from Sainte foy La grande and its "most beautiful market in France 2016", 30 minutes from St Emillion and De Bergerac, 40 minutes from Eymet, and D'issigeac, 1 hour from Bordeaux and 1 hour 30 minutes from Sarlat and From the Atlantic coast. These towns have a major tourist attraction, not to mention all the beautiful little villages
