Great apartment with everything that you need. Loved the under cover parking to keep the car a bit cooler. Plenty of sunbeds with mattresses and umbrellas. The swimming pool is amazing - and one of the warmest I have ever been in but still lovely and refreshing. The location is perfect as you have 3 bars, an Indian takeaway, chemist, bakery, and a mini supermarket all within a few minutes walk. Coral Bay is a 10 minute drive and we found it easy to park there even in the middle of August. Would definitely return.
My wife and i had a fantastic ten days at Peyia Hills. The apartment was lovely with a large balcony which overlooked the beautiful pool area. The apartment is modern and very comfortable with all mod cons. There are a nice couple of bars a short walk away and a lovely bakery too. We went to Coralia beach , it has a great restaurant/bar ,the sunbeds and parasol are cheap 7.50 for the day. From booking to check out was a breeze thanks to great communication from our host. We hope to return soon. Thank you very much.
The apartment complex is amazing and in a fantastic position for both Peyia and Coral Bay. The apartment itself is perfect for a couple and the view from the balcony is amazing. It is also great that we could park our car under shelter everyday. Just one thing as I am taller than my partner I would remove the framed bed and replace with a non frame bed as my feet constantly hit the frame through the night. I would also ask for a new mattress as the one on the bed seems old but this is very minor to the rest of the facilities. I would 100% return to this apartment and would highly recommend to any one else
The wife and I stayed for 1 week, apartment was as described and the communication with Heidi was spot on. Located a short walk to shops and bars so no need to keep walking up and down the hill. Would definately recommend

We loved our holiday at Peyia Hills. The apartment is lovely, the complex is quiet yet sociable. The communication with management and services was very smooth with any issues being resolved very quickly and smoothly. Highly recommended.
Very comfortable, close to all amenities. The complex is a mix of resident/owners and renters - all friendly. All communal areas maintained regularly. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time in Heidi's apartment very relaxing and the complex is very welcoming place if u want more than just a relaxing stay then there's 3 bars/ restaurants no more than 5 minutes walk away and coral bay is 10 minutes in a taxi
The apartment is perfect for 2 people with a large balcony were we sat when coming back from the pool
We loved this apartment with its fantastic pool and sea views. Everything you needed for a great holiday was provided and it’s close to all of the local amenities. Sitting on the balcony with a morning coffee or for early evening drinks was a joy. I’ve stayed in lots of properties in Peyia but this one along with the beautiful complex is one of the best. We will definitely return here again
Just spent three weeks in Heidi's lovely apartment in Peyia Hills complex in peyia , the apartment had everything you would need and more, it was like home from home the complex is one of the best we have stayed in with ex pats living there and other holiday makers staying . the pool area always had people chilling out in the sun and enjoying their Holiday.not to mention the benefit of having a Lift in the complex. Spacious 2nd floor apartment looking out over the swimming pool and further out to sea. A relaxing and quiet environment. Spacious living room and kitchen area with dining table. Very clean. Free parking on site. Some local bars and restaurants within walking distance. Car hire recommended to get to beach as is around a 35 minute walk downhill. Communication with host was easy. Overall, recommended for a relaxing get-away!
During our stay the adjoining apartment was undergoing building works with unbearable noise and vibration. This often woke us up at 8am and works usually took place up until 7 or 7:30pm. The owner (or their VRBO messaging contact) took little or no interest, initially phoning a day after my reporting it to them and then appearing to take no action before contacting me 3 days later saying work would only take place between 8am and 6pm. The only course of action was to leave the apartment when the noise was too loud. This was witnessed and suffered by the resident in the apartment below, an owners commitee member, another holiday maker in an other apartment who sensibly left (unlike me) on the second day. On the second day a group of people in the block protested to the builder in the evening but this had little affect. Fire doors were jammed open all day and bags of rubble and other waste left in the communal hallway and car parking area. I do not think you can expect any assistance from this property owner if things go wrong so suggest you look elsewhere. A whole week of hell before finally leaving.

We are terribly sorry for what was caused by the neighbor here. We only received a message from property management one day before the renovation of the neighboring apartment. We also immediately informed the guest about the upcoming renovation of the neighboring apartment.
We had no chance of preventing these renovations or postponing them too long.
We were constantly in contact with the guest. On the one hand, we understand the guest's displeasure, but on the other hand, we were powerless to change the situation. As compensation, we offered the guest a credit note.
Excellent accommodation, nicely furnished and fairly comfortable.
Nice apartment in a stylish development. The terrace is overlooked by many other units, but that can be expected in a large development, and is north facing, which could be advantageous in the height of the summer heat. It is well furnished and looks smart and the bed is not bad. We visited in February and parking under cover was no problem with the lift only meters away. There is unfortunately a new building development on the land adjacent to the pool and may be a little disturbing for the next few months when outside, not the owners fault of course but you should be aware. Overall excellent accommodation for the price.

Overall we had a good holiday...location near a few shops and bar....good apartment overlooking the pool BUT...Had problems with the key entering the property....no one answered the emergency contact number...tried several times...eventually asked a neighbour who told us to pull the door towards us and turn the key to the right.The apartment wasnt thoroughly clean....dirty floors throughout...especially under the bed and sofa. The bathroom shower screen was full of dirt and grime at the bottom...the toilet was limescale stained so looked very dirty. In the bedroom the bedlinen was worn and dated...the mattress protector was stained yellow on one side.....also the pillows and pillow protectors were all marked. The mattress itself was worn and ripped....should be replaced immediately. The blinds in the lounge and bedroom are falling apart....need replacing.I didnt expect to spend the first day of my holiday scrubbing and washing.

Communal areas are very tired. The apartment requires a deep clean throughout.Was shocked to see so much dust/Heavy fluff under the bed.When I removed the bedding on the last day, the mattress was shredded all over and extremely uncomfortable, I did phone the management company on day one to highlight the bed was uncomfortable he assured me he would contact the owner, I have photos to verify.There was no proper bedding it was just a burgundy flat sheet and a duvet cover? Probably something from the 80’sThe bedroom a/c was extremely noisy and not efficient.Shower screen and bath need replacing, plug on the basin requires attention.Marks on the wall throughout.Balcony has never been cleaned in the last few weeks at least.The only plus was a good pool area which was clean and tidy.

One of our cleaners had an argument with the guest. Apparently the guest now believes he has to take revenge.

Lovely week spent in Heidi’s comfortable one bedroom apartment in Peyia. Close to three bars and several restaurants with plenty of others in Peyia village (up the hill) or towards Coral Bay - all of which are within walking distance or a very short taxi / car ride away.
The apartment block is set in a quiet location yet only one street back from the main road leading up to Peyia village. Parking under the building is free and there are more than enough spaces to choose from.
Lovely terrace which received afternoon and evening sunshine is perfect for eating outside and the view all the way down towards Coral Bay is splendid as were the gorgeous sunsets.
Pool area was comfortable, picturesque and received all day sun. There is building work currently in progress on land near to the apartment block but there is nothing the host can do about that and it did not detract from our lovely stay at Peyia Hills Apartments.
Heidi’s communication and helpful messages were very much appreciated and we would not hesitate to return and stay there again.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Heidi.Wir waren jetzt zum 2.mal in der sehr sauberen, gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen tollen Pool.Heidi war sehr bemüht das wir uns wohlfühlen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Baulärm
Die Wohnung ist so, wie im Inserat beschrieben und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und uns gut gefallen. Was nicht in dem Inserat beschrieben war, war die große, direkte Baustelle vor dem Wohnkomplex (Neubau mehrerer kleinerer Wohneinheiten von ca. 20 Stück), welche zu erheblichen, täglichen Baulärm von morgens um 7.00 Uhr bis nachmittags 16.30 Uhr geführt hat. Wir hätten diese Wohnung niemals gebucht, wenn wir vorher über die Baustelle informiert gewesen wären, so konnten wir nur jeden morgen die Flucht ergreifen, daher nur zwei Sterne für die Lage und Umgebung.

die Bewertung des Gastes hält einer objektiven Beurteilung nicht stand. Seine Aussage steht allein und isoliert mehreren positiven Aussagen gegenüber. Es ist zwar richtig, dass es eine Baustelle gab. Aber keiner der bisherigen Gäste hat sich über irgendwelchen Baulärm beschwert, obschon die Baustelle schon längere Zeit bestand. Andere Hausbewohner, die befragt wurden, machten ebenfalls keine negativen Äusserungen weil die Wohnung weiter entfernt und nicht direkt auf die Baustelle ausgerichtet ist. Erfahrene Apartment-Vermieter haben mir berichtet, dass es Gäste geben soll, sobald diese eine Baustelle sichten, dies zum Anlass nehmen einen unbegründeten Preisnachlass zu erwirken. Im Interesse einer guten Beziehung zu unseren geschätzten Gästen möchten wir keinem unserer Gäste etwas unterstellen.
Es freut mich, dass unserem Gast das Apartment ´gut gefallen´ hat und seine ´Erwartungen erfüllt´ wurden.
