APARTMENTS VILLA PEPITA "SUPERIOR CATEGORY" VT-38256-CS. Selection of luxury homes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in high standing urbanization. It was created by the Pardo de Castellon Group as its best beachfront promotion. They dedicated a great effort both in materials and in design and facilities so that today it is a reference of the best urbanizations of Benicassim. It is equipped with common areas, swimming pools, paddle tennis court, sauna, gym, solarium, barbecue, etc.
This tourist rental project has been the result of a great family effort to increase in Benicassim the offer of luxury 3-bedroom homes with "Superior Category". This "SUPERIOR CATEGORY" granted by the Valencian Tourism Agency, is obtained after an inspection of the technical staff of said agency, which verifies and verifies compliance with the most demanding Standards required. Among others, being on the beachfront, have common areas with pool, paddle tennis court, sauna, gym, solarium, air-conditioned rooms, bathrooms with minimum m2, safe, quality construction, equipment to enjoy the stay , evacuation plans, claim sheets, etc., etc. The Valencian community and the City Council of Benicassim wish, of course, that the best possible tourism service is offered to keep visitors and that they carry the image that Benicassim deserves. Great apartment in Beniscasim. Communication was very helpful. Unfortunately the property association needs to keep up and maintain the spa, and "gym equipment ", not even the tv worked in there. Sauna probably worked , but did not leave it on long enough to find out, because a large amount of rust/corrosion on the control panel...seemed dangerous.

Overall experience was excellent the property is in a perfect area with local bus stops on main road outside apartment, took us a few days to navigate but once we understood the route it was perfect. The apartment is in prime location to restaurants, a lovely bakery around the corner and the beach is right opposite the apartment. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance if you don’t mind walking. Carlos was very helpful with sending information before arrival and during our stay when needed. The apartment had a communal pool which was a lovely touch to relax around or go in for a swim .I would recommend this apartment and for sure if I was to come back I would definitely choose this apartment to stay .The grounds of the apartment block is also very stunning and very well kept, the communal entrance is also very clean and welcoming .Once again thank you very much Carlos for your lovely apartment and for your professional help.

Fabulous accommodation!

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Home from home with great facilities. Great communication with the owner. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants in either direction. Short walk to the supermarket. Great access to the beautiful beach. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and look forward to returning.
