Comfortable guesthouse with garden in Apeldoorn

The detached house with sunny garden is located in a beautiful green area in the North of Apeldoorn. It's 1.5 km from the city center and close to the Royal Palace.

Guesthouse Relax consists of a spacious ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There are doors to the garden, where you can enjoy the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom and toilet are brand new. The bedrooms have durable bamboo floors, the living room has a beautiful oak parquet. The house was built in 1925 and completely renovated in 2018. You have the charm of a 1930s home and the luxury of a new home. In the living room is a 55 inch 4K Ultra HD TV with Netflix, so you can relax after a day out in the green surroundings.

The house is in a cute dead-end street. There are two supermarkets and some eateries 200 meters away. Furthermore, it is a treat for walking and cycling in the neighborhood; Paleis het Loo is only 1.5 km away. The cozy Koninginnelaan is around the corner. In addition there are several attractions nearby for young and old: Kröller-Muller Museum, Julianatoren, Apenheul, National Park the Veluwe.

You have access to the entire house and garden for yourself, without other guests.
