This 1 bedroomed flat offers a home from Home experience and is ideal for a visit to Inverness and the Scottish Highlands. Walking distance to train and bus station and great pubs and restaurants. Less than 5 mins to River Ness.

Flat offers a cosy space with a double bedroom with comfy bed, lovely linen and ample storage space.

Modern bright shower room with large shower.

Lounge/kitchen offers fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, cooking facilities, microwave as well as lounge area with Sofa-bed and Smart TV

Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and other store cupboard ingredients available.

Highly recommend The Bakery located on the corner downstairs from flat. Superb bread, pastries and cakes and lovely coffee

Excellent feedback from my guests as I try to offer a space and experience I would hope for myself.

A lovely flat near enough to the city centre to be convenient without the noise and traffic being overwhelming. Well appointed and we were very comfortable during our stay. The bakery next door was fantastic as well.

Perfect location near Inverness city center

This was a perfect location within a few minute walk from city center. On street parking was convenient for heading out to see the surrounding area. Nicely stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when not eating out. The unit is small but very cozy and comfortable.

Why they chose this property

This is a cosy flat It is not big and and fancy but I hope it offers you a “home from home” experience. I bear in mind what I look for in my holiday accommodation. Somewhere clean, pleasant to be in, quality linen and nice bathroom and kitchen.

Very central to all the local amenities and you don’t need a car but if you have one I provide a parking permit to allow you to park on street beside flat.

What makes this property unique

This flat is in a lovely old building and I felt the space is peaceful. My daughter owned the flat next door and loved the convenience of the location so when the opportunity arose for us to purchase the flat next door we knew we would be able to offer an excellent space to explore Inverness and the Highlands
