A lovely 2 bedroom duplex apartment in a historic Chateau.
The apartment has recently been redecorated in traditional French style. The apartment has a luxurious bathroom and main, and has elevated views of the Chateau grounds.
The Chateau has its own imposing driveway. The grounds include a 25 metre swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, a snooker table. The grounds include a woodland and a lake.
Les Forges has a 27 golf course, immediately next to the Chateau. It also has a local village shop and a restaurant bar.
Nearby the village of Vasles and Menigoute have supermarkets, banks and restaurants. There are several markets nearby.
The location provides a good base for visiting places such as : Futurscooe; La Rochelle; Marais Poitevin; Ike De Re.
What is most amazing is the feeling of peace and tranquility that you gain from staying at the Chateau. A great place to relax and get away from the pressures of life.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The bins and recycling is in the Chateau car park. Glass recycling is done in the glass bins outside the cemetery.
After you have locked up. Can you return the keys to Deano's. If no one is there, can you put the keys in the postbox for Deano's.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please contact owner ASAP to make arrangements to collect keys.
