We are excited to share The Tree Top House with you! Our home has been lovingly updated from top to bottom - NEWER flooring, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and much, much more!

This vacation home literally HAS IT ALL - modern amenities and furnishings, tall pine trees, MAGNIFICENT VIEWS - and only minutes from shopping and Downtown Prescott!

For your comfort, the home features CENTRAL AC & HEAT - though the nights cool down considerably. For our guests' convenience, the home offers a full-size HE washer & dryer - so pack light! WIFI - Wireless high-speed internet provided.

Three generous-sized bedrooms are furnished with new beds and linens, and offer plenty of space for clothing storage - roomy closets & new dressers.

The home's fantastic floor-plan features TWO comfortable and inviting Living Rooms - each with its own 50" SmartTVs. The set-up is perfect for families - offering plenty of space to spread out, relax, watch TV and movies - or play one of the several games available at the house.

The completely remodeled eat-in kitchen features all-new cabinets, quartz counter-tops and a LARGE center island that opens to the front living room. You'll find the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare & cook a meal - including new appliances - dishwasher, 5-burner gas range and built-in microwave.

The peaceful, FULLY FENCED, backyard is lined with pine trees and offers extended area to enjoy your morning coffee, wine or grill a meal on the NEW 5-burner gas BBQ.
The backyard also features a LARGE SEPARATE GATED AND FENCED dog run.

We enjoy sitting on the front porch throughout the day to take in the exquisite mountain vistas. The expansive windows in the Living Room and Family room are a feast for the eyes, filled with the view of pines trees and mountains along the horizon.

Location, location, location! Our home is situated in a fabulous neighborhood, adjacent to the historic Park district and close to downtown! The home is named for its "Tree Top" setting - atop a hill - which makes for great star-gazing and affords magnificent views of the mountains and Ponderosa Pines that surround this quaint neighborhood and town.

NOTE: Since the home sits high on the lot, the DRIVEWAY IS STEEP and should NOT BE USED if a vehicle does not have high-clearance in the front/back, or during the cold winter months and/or when weather conditions or forecasts include rain, snow or any other type of condensation.
*There is PLENTY OF STREET PARKING - in front & in back of the home.

Perfect for a family with little kids

Lovely property in a great location. It feels very "woodsy" but you're only a few minutes out of town. Very clean and well-appointed. The backyard and big family room with games were perfect for our kids. I will book again!

Very Comfortable!

This is a very comfortable home. The kitchen was nice sized and well stocked. There are 2 great rooms to congregate, one is the living room and the second is the TV/game room. There were views of the mountains from both rooms. The beds were very comfy. Showers had wonderfully strong water flow for quick soap/shampoo rinse. Location is perfect for access to downtown and highways. We are very happy with our stay!

Great stay in Prescott

This cute, well-appointed house is perfect for a family with a dog. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and taking walks around the neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and helpful.

Impeccably maintained and furnished

Linda's property is like a hotel in that it is in "like new" condition and furnished with all of the amenities and more that you might want. She definitely has gone above and beyond what we typically experience at other rental homes. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

We had a baseball tournament over the long weekend. We had 6 people staying in the house. 4 adults and 2 kids. House had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds are super comfy. Very close to everything in town. We would stay here again.

Great family trip!

The Tree Top House was perfect for our family get away. We went with our adult kids and our dogs for the weekend. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Another great stay at the Treetop!

This is our second stay at the property and it was just as welcoming and fun as last time. Host is by far one of the best out there, and the propriety is fantastic, stocked with everything you would expect, and even better than advertised. Highly recommended especially if you have a furry friend with you as they are very welcoming and the fenced in backyard is perfect. Quiet mountain top location is 2 minute drive to downtown Prescott/ Courthouse Square shopping and great eateries.

Great week in Prescott!

This was the second time we’ve stayed here. The house is perfect for our needs, close to everything in Prescott. The house is nicely furnished with everything needed to be totally comfortable. Our little dog loves the fenced backyard where she could wander around and check everything out. Both the hosts and property manager made sure that we were well taken care of. We would highly recommend this property!

The property was ideal for our family, close to town in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds and living space. The back yard was great for enjoying time outdoors. Great place to stay in Prescott,

The Tree-top house could not have been nicer. It was very clean and well stocked with not only kitchen pots, pans and utensils but also basic items for cooking such as spices, cooking, oil, etc. I appreciated the home having plenty of zip lock bags, foil, trash bags, detergent, and toiletries. The owner thought of pretty much everything to make our visit more comfortable. We would definitely stay at this newly renovated property if we visited Prescott again.

Fabulous getaway

The minute we stepped into the front door we knew we picked the perfect home. The home was beautifully decorated and completely updated. It was so immaculate, you could eat off the floor. The beds were extremely comfortable. The little extras like coffee, cookies and water in the frig were a delightful surprise. I would highly recommend this beautiful hidden treasure to everyone!!

The Tree Top House is owned by our family - grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren - who live in the Valley (Scottsdale). We have been visiting Prescott for many years, often for week-long stays in vacation rentals. This year, we decided it was time for a place of our own! Since we work in the Valley and can't be in Prescott as often as we would like, we would like to share our beautiful home with guests, so they too can experience the wonderful town of Prescott and create fantastic new memories that last a lifetime!

Why they chose this property

We have always enjoyed staying in vacation rentals close the town square - where people gather for festivals, concerts and parades. We've also enjoyed being only a short drive from the lakes, hiking, shopping and all that Prescott offers. The house hunting was very casual, waiting for the right one to appear and on Super Bowl weekend of 2016 this "turquoise house" on a hill became available. It was in the exact neighborhood we all loved! The home felt like it could be a "good fit" for our family and also to share with others. The house was lovingly maintained through the years, but we saw great potential and wanted to create a modern but inviting and comfortable HOME to enjoy together. We named it the Tree Top House for its ASTOUNDING VIEWS - which are magnificent from nearly every window! We hope to go out of our way to make you love this house and have it become you Home Away from Home in Prescott.

What makes this property unique

Sit on the cozy front porch, looking out over the tree tops to the mountains will make your heart sing. Open the blinds and drapes in the living and family room and it feels as it you're a million miles away from town. The home is complete and we are committed to providing you and your family with a beautifully furnished and well-appointed vacation rental - where you can truly RELAX and be comfortable THE HOME DOES SIT HIGH ON THE LOT AND THE DRIVEWAY IS STEEP - but there is plenty of space to park along the street - either in front or around back.
