1. La localización, super cerca de la playa y restaurantes. 2. La plaza de garaje disponible. 1. Tener aire en la habitación que falta, o al menos un ventilador. 2. Check out un poco más tarde, a las 10 para vacaciones es muy pronto, sobretodo cuando el check in es a partir de las 15hs.

Alojamiento agradable pero cuidado con el ascensor

El alojamiento está muy bien y céntrico, tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Pero después de todo, consideramos que hay algunas propuestas de mejora a tener en cuenta, sobre todo porque nuestra llegada fue accidentada y por tanto, desagradable. Dos familiares quedaron atrapadas en el ascensor, en el cual ni había un teléfono de emergencias, ni ficha técnica del ascensor, ni registro de revisiones correspondientes, sólo un timbre que se escuchaba en el bloque, y un aparato de teléfono precintado que ni funcionaba, es decir, en dudosas condiciones de seguridad para ser utilizado. Aparte de los ruidos que hacía cuando lo utilizamos antes del incidente. Afortunadamente quedó en un susto, gracias a la intervención de los bomberos, policía local de Tossa y personal sanitario que atendieron a mi madre en todo momento hasta poder bajarla del ascensor. Pero, hubiera podido ser una desgracia. Nos planteamos irnos porque mi madre tiene poca movilidad para subir y bajar escaleras, y nos daban la posibilidad de anular la reserva pero sin otra alternativa a cambio, así que decidimos continuar con nuestra estancia. Eché de menos alguna compensa por parte de la agencia correspondiente dado que una de las necesidades por las que cogimos ese apartamento era el ascensor, aunque lo dejaremos en que fue una avería de uno de los servicios que se ofrecían. Otra de las propuestas de mejora es la hora de entrada y salida, siendo ésta las 16 horas para entrar y las 10 horas para salir del apartamento. No obstante, y pese a nuestra experiencia, debo destacar que el apartamento reúne las condiciones óptimas para tener una estancia muy agradable, por la ubicación y las características en sí que tiene el apartamento, decorado con mucho gusto y con estancias muy agradables. Hola Natalia, gracias por tu comentario. Efectivamente tuvisteis un susto grando con el ascensor que se paró. Para nosotros era la primera vez que pasaba e immediatamente el propietario se presentó allí para ayudar. Aunque fuera un problema técnico y fuera de nuestras manos, hicimos lo que pudimos. Desafortunadamente era temporada baja y no pudimos ofreceros otro apartamento similar en Tossa ya que no teníamos ninguno disponible. Immediatamente os ofrecimos un reembolso completo si queríais cancelar y volver a casa. Finalmente decidisteis quedaros y después de vuestra salida, el propietario nos confirmó que os ofrecía un 50% de descuento sobre el precio de alquiler por las molestias, que fue reembolsado a su tarjeta. De nuevo sentimos mucho este imprevisto que estuvo fuera de nuestras manos y no tenía nada que ver con el apartamento en sí. Ya se ha avisado al administrador del edificio y ha contactado al servicio técnico del ascensor para revisarlo. Esperamos que aun así hayan disfrutado de sus vacaciones! Un saludo, CoastalVillas

Appartement spacieux et agréable à vivre. Bien équipé dans la cuisine et en général. Propreté impeccable l appartement et linges de toilette à disposition + changement chaque semaine Wifi connexion parfaite Clés à disposition dès notre arrivée personnel à notre écoute et réactif Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!!!! Pour que l'appartement soit vraiment parfait: - Mettre de nouveaux sommiers ( lits) et matelas dans la chambre avec les 2 lits, car ils grincent dès qu'on bouge, tout le monde entend et pas très confortables. - avoir un fauteuil ou petit canapé en plus dans le salon car le canapé actuel est un trop petit pour 5 ou 6 personnes. - avoir un barbecue à gaz ou plancha sur la terrasse. - Cordes à linge tendues en plus pour faire sécher les serviettes de toilette ( car rien dans une salle de bain) et de plage. - Que l'interphone du bas de l'immeuble fonctionne car la sonnette ne marche pas. - Que le robinet sur la terrasse soit fonctionnel

De juiste plek

Voor een gezin met twee pubers is deze locatie voor iedereen de juiste. Wij s’morgens zwemmen in zee . Zij s avonds een beetje het nachtleven in die wat veiliger voelt dan andere plaatsen. Samen lekker eten in de vele restaurantjes op loopafstand. Prima vakantie op een prima plek. Jammer dat de plek in de garage toch echt veel te klein is voor een gezinsauto .

Emplacement idéal. Proche de toutes les commodités et à seulement 50 mètres de la plage. L appartement est très propre, bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très réactif. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
