Absolutely awesome view/stay

Having to pick up keys to the house at the management office a few miles away was not good. Also the gate to garage had a remote that sometimes does not work. But, you cant complain when you have that view. Only 1 Bathroom was not ideal.

Schöne Aussicht, aber…..

Das Apartment hat eine super Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Auch die Garage ist wunderbar (nachdem man den richtigen Schlüssel gefunden hat und unter großem Getöse das Tor geöffnet bekommt).Aber, der Kühlschrank hat während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert und wurde am letzten Tag getauscht. Es gibt keine Kleiderschränke. Die bestehenden sind abgeschlossen oder mit Bettwäsche vollgestopft. Man lebt aus den Koffern. Die Betten sind Klappbetten mit drei Matratzen, die nachts verrutschen und extrem weich sind. Nichts für sensible Rücken.

Tolle Terrasse mit super Blick auf den Comer See, aber kleinen Minuspunkten

Insgesamt sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse mit super Blick auf den Comer See. Leider hatte die Terrasse aber keine Holzsitzmöbel, wie auf den Fotos gezeigt, sondern nur billige Sitzmöbel aus Plastik - obwohl es in der Garage schöne Holzsitzmöbel gab, die der Vermieter für seine Gäste anscheinend nicht zur Verfügung stellen will. Sehr schade. Außerdem gibt es über der Ferienwohnung eine weitere Wohnung, deren Balkon genau zur Terrasse der Ferienwohnung hinausgeht. Während unseres Aufenthalts war diese obere Wohnung immer bewohnt mit relativ lauten Bewohnern, die wir auf unserer Terrasse dann leider sehr gut hören konnten. Das war insgesamt auszuhalten, ist aber ein Risiko.

Bel appartement, bien équipé et bien situé. La terrasse est magnifique et le lac de Côme enchanteur ! A recommander !!!
