About this property

The Little Villa is located in a private property area just 30 meters from the sea at the end of the village.The Little Villa is composed of two floors. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a terrace and a king bed. On the groundfloor there is a living room and a half open kitchen. In the leaving room there are two single sofa/mattress beds. The house can accommodate 4 people. Exceptionally, only upon request, we will host 5 people in a small room whose door goes through the bathroom. There is one bathroom with bad/shower (upstairs) and a separate WC (downstairs). It has all the necessary amenities, including dish washer and washing machine for clothes. It has a really nice patio, a garden with vegetables and flowers. You can pick up your own herbs such as petersil and basilico. The patio also has a great and big barbeque and a big wooden dining table .
The living area is approximately 70m2.

Sehr schöne Insel

Leider müssten wir unsere Urlaub verkürzen wegen des Wetters aber sonst alles war wie wir vorgestellt haben:schöne Umgebung,warm ,,Sonnenschein,perfektes Wasser.Wir denken an eine Wiederholung.Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Great Place by the Sea

We stayed with 3 people (adults) at Jasmina and Kati's place. We liked the location a lot. It is great that its close to the sea and to some nice restaurants in Cizici. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen with large grill and stove and the covered terrace. One person slept in the living room (here the mattress was not perfect, but sufficient) and that went very well, among other things, because we were almost only in the outdoor area. Here we also liked that the area is well protected by trees and you have some privacy. Inside, dishwasher and air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom) have provided super comfort.

Charmantes Ferienhaus mit schöner Terrasse

Ein älteres Ferienhaus mit Charakter. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse, zwar ohne Meerblick, aber wunderbar schattig und blickgeschützt zwischen Bäumen gelegen. Wir haben es genossen, in wenigen Metern am Strand und dann wieder aus dem Trubel heraus für uns zu sein. Der Schotterweg zum Haus hinauf hat unser Auto sehr gefordert, allerdings war es extrem trocken und der Schotterbelag daher lose. Das Bad im Obergeschoss ist älteren Jahrgangs, aber sauber und alles funktioniert. Klasse war die Außendusche auf der Terrasse. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Schlafzimmer, mit Balkon und Morgensonne. Fensterläden vor allen Fenstern lassen das Haus auch bei Hitze angenehm kühl. Unsere beiden Teenies haben in einer kleinen Kammer und im Wohnzimmer geschlafen, war für uns völlig OK so. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, ein netter Empfang und auch im Vorfeld ein sehr persönlicher und hilfsbereiter Austausch. Es wurde auf unsere Fragen immer umgehend geantwortet. Alles in allem: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus nur wenige Meter vom Strand

Wir hatten schöne 14 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist ideal, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und in einem kleinen Wäldchen, etwas versetzt, schattig und windstill gelegen. Durch den umgebenden Wald gibt es leider einige Stechmücken, gegen die man sich nur bedingt und mit entsprechenden Mitteln wehren kann. Die Kies-Zufahrt ist etwas steil, aber auch mit einem normalen PKW gut zu meistern. Čizići selbst bietet mehrere Strände, die man einfach zu Fuß erreicht. Außerdem einen kleinen, gut sortierten Lebensmittelladen und einige Restaurants. Fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 5 min nach Osten, kommt man zu einem sehr schönen Hundestrand. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieterinnen war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt, der Empfang sehr herzlich und der Service stets zuvorkommend. Wir können den Urlaub hier nur empfehlen!
