Space partially located in an ecological reserve area, where there is a spring, a small natural pool and a small forest composed of oaks, pines, laurels, chestnut, hazel, arbutus, olive and cork trees surrounding it and where a small orchard was added and also a traditional vegetable garden recreating what was once a thriving farm, where the harvest remains biological.
It was possible to transform a bicentennial house made of granite into a pleasant space, where there is the reception, the dining room, the kitchen, the bar and a social room, maintaining its original design, adding a new building to create an area with comfortable and cozy rooms.
The region where this small rural tourism development is located (Vale Martinho) is simply fantastic, surrounded by a vast forest area, embraced by two rivers, the Mondego and the Dão, with the particularity of having two emblematic cities Coimbra and Viseu around half an hour by car, with two of the highest elevations in Portugal in the vicinity, Serra da Estrela and Serra do Caramulo.
In this place there is also an eco track that meanders between valleys and hills flanked by one of the banks of the Dão, where the tours are unique, which can be done with bikes rented on the farm itself.
In this development, besides breakfast, breakfast is served with regional products, some of them produced on the farm.

In the center of the city there is a small stream that guides us through gardens that lead us to the steps of the municipality, where besides the building where the City Hall is located there are others that make this corner a very peculiar place.
