Chalet of 100m2 of living space (double with terrace and balcony) in enclosed garden of 1300m2. Located in a small mountain hamlet which has retained all its authenticity, perched at an altitude of 1400m, its large balcony terrace of 60m2 will offer you an exceptional view of the Ecrins national park and the OISANS mountains.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room with wood stove, TNT flat screen TV, video recorder, free WIFI, bathroom and separate WC
Floor: 3 bedrooms; bedroom 1 with a 160 bed and balcony, bedroom 2 with a 140 bed and 2 bunk beds 90 and balcony, bedroom 3 with 2 90 beds + bathroom and separate WC.
Private parking at the entrance of the property.
In the basement: washing machine and dryer and storage of equipment.
The family resort of AURIS (connected to the large ski area of Alpe d'HUEZ) at 4kms, will give you access to its 240 km of marked trails. A free shuttle runs morning and evening during school holidays. At the station: shops, entertainment and the 'Les marmottes' club welcomes children from 18 months to 10 years old during the summer / winter seasons, offering you conviviality and services. In summer, the chalet will be the starting point for many activities, hiking, mountain biking by chairlift, discovery of flora and fauna, via-ferrata, summer skiing, rafting, tennis, tree climbing, and more ...

Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Wir waren zu siebt und hatten Platz genug. Der Kaminofen heizt super und Holz war reichlich da. Die Anfahrt zur Liftstation ist ok, dort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Restaurant im Nachbarort ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Beautiful alpine chalet

A warm welcome from the owners who took the time to show us around their beautiful chalet even though we arrived late. The chalet has views over the valley towards les deux alpes. Comfortable lounge with large wood burner. The bedrooms are spacious and warm. We liked this chalet so much we have booked for next season.! John & Emma

bonne adresse à retenir

Bonne adresse pour une location tout confort, calme et spacieuse (assez de place pour 2 familles de 4). Les pistes d'Auris sont à quelques minutes et la vue de la terrasse est imprenable sur la vallée et les massifs d'en face. Quand il a neigé et que le soleil revient c'est magnifique et donne envie de revenir (en été pourqauoi pas?)
