About this property

Located in the Historical Artistic complex of Vejer de la Frontera, this modern house offers space for up to 6 people in an area of 170m2.

Two-storey villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, patio, solarium, two terraces, private garage and storage room.

It has a bedroom with a double bed of 150x200cm. with terrace and two other bedrooms with two single beds each. All rooms have closets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and iron.

The living room has TV, heating and fan and also has a terrace.

The outdoor areas are composed of a patio located on the ground floor with lawn, garden furniture and barbecue and a solarium on the top floor with views of the sea.

The house also has a private garage and storage room.

The swimming season is from the beginning of June to the middle of September

CONTINGENCIA SANITARIA

Todo iba MUY bien en cuanto a la propiedad y el administrador; pero debido a la contingencia sanitaria la tuve que dejar una semana antes. De VRBO me contactaron para hacernos saber sobre reembolsos en estos casos y se le ha estado intentando contactar al administrador desde el 17 de marzo y a la fecha NO responde.

Fantásticas vacaciones

La casa es tal como se refleja en las fotos, muy bien equipada, incluso con sombrillas y tumbonas de playa. Todo funcionaba perfectamente, no hemos tenido ningún problema. Vejer y alrededores son maravillosos, sin duda para repetir, y la casa para recomendar.

Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Austattung und sehr geplegtem Gemeinschaftspool

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben in der Küche alle nötigen Geräte gefunden und auch die Küchenutensilien waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Garage ist sehr vorteilhaft, da die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sehr begehrt sind. Es sind 3 Terassen/Balkone vorhanden mit ausreichend Sitzmöbeln. In Vejer kann man gut ausgehen und es wird nicht so heiß, da es auf einem Berg liegt und dadurch immer etwas Wind geht. 2 Wochen keine einzige Stechmücke :-) !!! Der Pool ist schön groß und man findet immer einen Platz auf einer Liege und oben ist noch eine große Liegewiese, die mehr von den Jugendlichen genutzt wird. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt (Danke Oscar) und eine reibungsloser und unkomplizierter Ablauf. Sehr gut waren die 2 vorhandenen Sonnenschirme und Strandstühle zur Benutzung am Meer, das etwa in 15 Minuten (El Palmar) mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. Zum Surfen im Sommer/Juni etwas kleine Wellen, die überhaupt nur zwischen den Tiden zu nutzen sind. Schöne Strände, gutes Essen und viele spanisches Leben. Fazit: Alles in allem 5***** 😃😃😃😃😃

Gezellig en flexibel huis met inpandige garage op een prettige locatie!

Sleutel opgehaald bij 24h apotheek, tijdstip van aankomst derhalve flexibel: fijn. Het betreft een schoon huis met gezellige indeling, meerdere buitenruimten / balkons voor zon of schaduw. 2 slaapkamers met een dubbel bed en 1 kamer met 2 losse bedden. Ook zijn er 2 badkamers. Prima keuken met o.a. wasmachine en woonkamer met eettafel. Inpandige garage is prettig parkeren. Buurtwinkeltje + cafe om de hoek. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam contact met de verhuurder, dus al met al tevreden!

perfect holiday

We had a great time in Vejer. The house is very beautiful and perfect for 6 people. We stayed there with 4 adults and one child. Everything was perfect cleaned and as advertised in the description. Oscar told us everything about Vejer and the best places in the near environment. The pool is 3 minutes from the house. The water quality was perfect and many times controlled per day. It was a perfect time in Vejer. We used to the pool only ones, we preferred the sea. We would book the house again and we absolutely recommend the house. A rental car is essential. Regards Tanja&Lars Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Vejer. Das ist wunderschön und perfekt eingerichtet für 6 Menschen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Hause mit 4 Erwachsen und einem Kind verbracht. Das Hause war absolut sauber und entsprach zu 100 % der Beschreibung. Oscar hat uns am nächsten morgen besucht und uns praktische Tipps zum Ort (Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte, etc.) und der näheren Umgebung gegeben. Der Pool befindet sich 3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Die Wasserqualität im Pool war super und wurde mehrmals täglich überprüft. Allerdings waren wir nur einmal am Pool, da wir das Meer bevorzugt haben. Wir würden das Hause nochmals mieten und können es absolut empfehlen. Ein Leihwagen ist erforderlich. Viele Grüße Tanja&Lars
