Orchard Barn is a lovely barn conversion situated in Stone, Staffordshire. It has two bedrooms; one double and one bunk bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. There is a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Off-road parking is available for one car. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture and hot tub. Orchid Barn is ideal for a short break or cosy holiday.

Amenities: Gas central heating, underfloor heating, woodburning stove. Range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TV's (1x downstairs and 1x upstairs), WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Farmhouse courtyard with lawned areas. Enclosed private garden (16.8m x 8.8m approx) with patio furniture and a hot tub. Two well-behaved dog welcome (Must be friendly towards other dogs). £25 supplement charge per pet. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 2.5 miles and two pubs, one less than 5 mins walk, one 10 mins walk. Note: WiFi could be intermittent. Note: There is a key safe at the property. Note: NO STAG/HEN PARTIES OR SIMILAR. Note: This property only sleeps 6 people max.
