Welcome to La Residencia, two large bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows made in Italy are waiting for you! The orange room is equipped with a private bathroom, the yellow room is "children welcome": on request is organized with a tent for Indians, a table, chairs and armchairs for children! In the common area a wonderful swing is ready to cradle you. Two sofa beds are placed, one in the third bedroom and one in the living room, if necessary, ready for family and large groups!

Casa funcional e staff super prestável
Fiquei na La Residencia por um mês e meio, com mais dois amigos a trabalhar remotamente para Portugal. A casa tem praticamente tudo o que é necessário para o dia-a-dia e o serviço de limpeza e manutenção funciona muito bem. A casa fica no meio de um bairro tipicamente mindelense, onde apenas vivem locais, o que foi óptimo para ter a experiência de viver como um cidadão de Mindelo. A casa fica a 15/20 min a pé da praia da Laginha, o que faz com seja boa também para passar férias nela com amigos/família.
