Careful!! Rental from Saturday to Saturday only. Outside school period, depending on the agreement with the owners, possibilities of other dates. Occupation as a good father. Can accommodate of course more than 2 adults !!

In order to ensure quality, cleaning is carried out for about CHF 120 by the Lady of charge. Bed linen is charged CHF 10 / person over 4 people. We do NOT provide bath towels but we can help for CHF5/person as needed.

In order to avoid duplicate bookings we have disabled the immediate rental. There is no way to synchronize calendars from different sites. However, we respond as quickly as possible and are available for any information!

Description.
The chalet Le Colinet welcomes you for a relaxing holiday. Located in a quiet location with stunning views of the Bernese Alps (view of Crans Montana). It has a beautiful flat garden, ideal for children's games. The street serving it is well cleared in winter and is with local traffic!

Exceptional sunshine in summer, you can admire the sun setting over the Bernese Alps and have breakfast in the garden while admiring the sun rising over the Rhone Valley.

This chalet is a haven of tranquility.

The chalet has 4 large bedrooms, two with balcony (2 + 2 + 2 (3) + 2 (3).

The equipment is complete. This chalet is ideal for a family with children.

The chalet is located between the resorts of Vercorin and Nax. Vercorin is 5km away and has beautiful ski slopes in a family atmosphere. Parking two places (third possible).

In summer available a trampoline.

In winter, flat garden for snowmen. Opposite, sloping meadow for sleds (see photos, sledges in the garage !!).

NB: off-peak period (spring, autumn) as the chalet is often free, possibility of renting several weeks at reduced prices. Contact us.

Prior:
The chalet is planned for 8 people. Possibility to accommodate 2 additional people with the agreement of the owners.

Pets are allowed ONLY with the personal agreement of the owner and they do not go upstairs. The garden must be clean upon departure.

The cottage is intended for a family occupation that we prefer. This is our second residence, the equipment is complete and must be respected.

We validated in December 2019 the automatic reservation on the advice of Homelidays. On the other hand, we ask for a deposit of 1000 euros returned of course at the end of stays for guarantee purposes. If problem please contact us.

In case of breakage of dishes, DO NOT panic, we have reserve, charged at cost price :-)

Great place to spend your holiday

We celebrated New Year's Eve and a week's holiday with 2 families and enjoyed this nice and, above all, clean house. Pleasant contact with the landlord and would definitely book again.

Schönes, grosszügiges Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Wir haben unsere Woche im Haus von Jacques sehr genossen. Er ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, war gut erreichbar und hat sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das Haus ist grosszügig und sauber, gut ausgestattet und war für unsere Bedürfnisse (eine Familie, ein Paar, eine Einzelperson) super. Der Aussenbereich ist schön und die Aussicht wunderbar. Was im Inserat leider nicht ersichtlich war, ist die Tatsache, dass im Dezember die Sonne weder bis zum Dorf noch zum Haus reicht. Da wir uns in der Gegend nicht auskennen war uns nicht bewusst, dass das Haus den ganzen Tag im Schatten liegt. Für alle die Skifahren spielt das keine Rolle, die nahe gelegenen und gut erreichbaren Skigebiete bieten alle genügend Sonne. Uns hat die Sonne jedoch etwas gefehlt, da wir uns darauf eingestellt hatten, mit den Kindern auch mal den tollen Umschwung geniessen zu können.

Schönes Haus mit schöne Aussicht

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Es gibt jede Menge Spielsachen drinnen und draußen, so dass auch die Kinder viel Spaß hatten. Da das Haus nicht sehr hoch ist, ist es leicht zugänglich, aber dennoch ruhig. Darüber hinaus erleichtert die zentrale Lage im Wallis die Erkundung der Gegend.

Perfect location for Valais

Very clean, everything as advertised. Very well equiped. Close to Vercorin , 8 min drive. Thyon 2000 35 min drive. Crans Montana 40 min. You have to do shopping down in Valley. Necessary welcome pack was waiting for us. I can stay there again.

Super eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten zu dritt einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einem sehr gut ausgetattetem, gemütlichem Ferienhaus. Jaques ist ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der sich dennoch nie aufdrängt. Buchung u. Check-in (Code box) verliefen problemlos. Ein Willkommenstrunk im Kühlschrank, frisch gemähter Rasen und eine ausgesprochene Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus ließen einem nach Ankunft gleich in den Urlaub "gleiten". Jacques hatte im Vorfeld auch das Trampolin für unsere Tochter aufgebaut und uns auch einige Ausflugsempfehlungen per Mail gegeben. Die Austtattung des Hauses ließ absolut keine Wünsche offen. Einzig eine Teekanne konnten wir nicht finden; worauf Jaques sofort Besserung gelobte und (für unsere Nachfolger) eine besorgen wollte. Die Lage des Hauses ist LEIDER nicht ganz so idyllisch wie der tolle Ausblick erahnen lässt. Unterhalb des Hauses verläuft eine wichtige Verbindungsstraße und in der Luft gab es oft Hubschrauber. Auch lieben die Nachbarn ebenfalls einen gepflegten Rasen, was zumindest werktags die Idylle akustisch etwas einschränkt... ;-) Alles in Alllem haben wir uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt und können dem Gastgeber ein ausgezeichnetes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis bescheinigen!

Bon séjour malgré quelques bémols

Le chalet est bien équipé et conforme à la description à quelques exception près: il est noté linge de maison fourni alors que seul les linges de cuisine sont fournis. Le nettoyage final est noté 100.- alors qu’il coute 120.- en réalité. La machine à café n’est pas celle noté dans l’annonce non plus. J’ai vu que sur le site cela avait été corrigé depuis notre passage, dommage que cela n’aie pas été fait auparavant, cela nous aurait évité de mauvaises surprises. Concernant la propreté, le mobilier tel que canapé (très taché) ou lits son vieillot et ont bien vécu! La literie n’est par ailleurs, pas des plus confortable. De plus, on a retrouvé des mouchoirs ne nous appartenant pas à plusieurs place dans une des chambres, sans compter la poussière à certains endroits. En bref, un peu déçus par les points cités ci-dessus, mais hormis cela nous avons passé un super séjour.

Sehr hübsches Chalet, heimelige Einrichtung, ganz tolle Lage, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Wallis. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und es hat alles einwandfrei geklappt.

Mooi chalet op een mooie locatie.

Het is een heel mooi chalet en het is goed onderhouden. Je hebt prachtig uitzicht op de Rhonevallei en de dorpen aan de overkant. Alles is zeer compleet. In de keuken zijn meer spullen aanwezig dan dat je nodig hebt. Verder staan er in de woonkamer 2 goede zitbanken en een grote stoel waar je 's avonds heerlijk kunt zitten. En er zijn heel veel spellen en kinderspeelgoed aanwezig. In de grote tuin staat een trampoline. Er is veel te doen en te zien in de omgeving. Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie en komen hier zeker weer terug. G en H. Holland.

Originally from Belgium, we bought the cottage in 2006 ... and benefited from it. In 2009 we were caught by the virus from Valais and decided to move to this beautiful region. Since the cottage is less busy, we decided to make it live on rentals. Since it was a second residence, the equipment is complete. Mission lead to the happiness of the tenants!! Try it!!!! We live at 20 minutes and are available to make your stay enjoyable.
