About this property

Our villa is the largest in Fiddler's Cove with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have completed our 2021 renovation so there are many updates for your comfort. Both bathrooms were completely redone this year with a beautiful stall shower in the master bath. All the furniture is new including new mattresses.
Enjoy your morning coffee on our 28 foot deck overlooking a wildlife lagoon. We are steps from the large, heated/cooled pool, a short walk to Folly Field beach and a short drive to hundreds of wonderful restaurants.
Our 3rd floor unit has a fully stocked kitchen, large living room and dining area and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room also opens up to a queen sleeper. We also have a washer/dryer in the unit for your use. There are smart TV's in both bedrooms and the living room. Free Wi-fi and cable tv are included throughout the villa and community. Deluxe towel and linen service are included so you only need to bring your own beach towels.
We also include beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach buggy, sand toys and pool noodles. All of these are stored in an open locker on our deck which overlooks a wildlife lagoon with alligators, turtles, birds and more. The deck has a large rectangular table that seats 6 in comfortable chairs. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor.

Folly Field Beach:
The beach is located just 300 yards away with access to public restrooms and showers. The beach on Hilton Head is perfect for walking, biking, running, swimming, collecting shells, dolphin watching, or simply just relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze!

Bike Rentals:
Hilton Head Island has over 100 miles of biking paths. You may bring your own bikes or rental bikes can be delivered to the villa. Bikes can be locked up on racks located throughout the community.

About Fiddler's Cove:
Fiddlers Cove is a gated community with 24-hour security. The 23 acres of property are beautifully maintained. The resort offers many amenities including 2 pools (one heated/cooled), 10 Har Tru clay well-maintained tennis courts, a community clubhouse with ping- pong tables, corn hole boards, games, and comfortable seating near a wide screen TV, and a reading room with WiFi. Throughout the property are several playgrounds, outdoor BBQ grills, and bike trails.

September -May weekly rentals are from Saturday-Saturday but we can be flexible for shorter or longer stays. June-August weekly rentals begin on Sundays and are a minimum of 7 day stays. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date or for early departures. If cancelled more than 30 days, a $50 processing fee will apply.

Wonderful place to stay

We loved staying at Jeff and Leighann's place in Fiddler's Cove. Leighann was wonderful to book with and made it easy to change our parking pass when we did a last minute vehicle switch for our long trip. Their condo is lovely and very clean, it had everything we needed. The heated pool was very nice, as were the neighbors. Quiet location, close to the pool and a very easy walk to the beach. We would absolutley stay here again!!

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay. The condo was extremely clean and modern but still cozy. Newly renovated bathrooms are super nice. My favorite part was the deck overlooking the lagoon — so peaceful. Walk to beach was easy and the fact that it is a private beach meant it wasn’t crowded. We literally did not see a single piece of trash on the piece. It was beautiful. We look forward to our next stay!

Everything we needed

This unit had everything we needed! It had great space, beach accessories, wonderful new linens, it was beautiful decorated. The view of the lagoon was great, and worth climbing three flights of stairs to get to it. The owners were super quick to communicate and friendly in the process. We would definitely stay here again!

We have always enjoyed the beach and Hilton Head has become a favorite destination of ours. In 2016 we decided to buy a unit for ourselves and were lucky enough to find this gem in Fiddler's Cove. We recently retired to North Carolina as we enjoy the outdoors and want to get away from the hustle and bustle of our former New York life. Hilton Head will definitely be in our retirement plans as a vacation get-away.

Why they chose this property

We have rented on Hilton Head Island for years and have stayed in a number of different communities. Several years ago we rented a unit in Fiddler's Cove and fell in love with it. Although we looked at a number of units with a realtor, we ran into a couple that were thinking of selling their unit. After talking with them and seeing their larger villa we ended up buying the unit. Fiddler's Cove has so much to offer. There are 2 beautiful pools, 10 well-maintained tennis courts and it is just a short walk to the beach. This island is a great place to relax and truly vacation. We enjoy the restaurants, sitting on the beach watching the sun set, riding our bicycles on the paved trails, and relaxing on the deck reading a good book. We now have a place that we can call our own and share it with others who love the area.

What makes this property unique

What makes this different from the others in the community is the deck and larger layout. Being able to relax overlooking a peaceful lagoon is truly beautiful. The unit is spacious and comfortably fits a family of four.

We are replacing all the flooring and the entire kitchen for our 2021 renters. Everything in the living spaces of the unit will be brand new!

Hilton Head is so close to the city of Savannah and Beaufort that we like to take one day of our vacation week and visit one of these cities. We've also driven the 2 hours to Charleston and spent the night there enjoying the history of the area.
Fiddler's Cove is truly a community that both owners and renters can enjoy.
