Modern detached 3 bed (newly refurbished master bedroom and en-suite), west facing villa, with golf views over the 1st fairway on the exclusive 5* Mar Menor 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf resort. The villa has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The resort facilities include numerous restaurants and bars. Furthermore, there is a well stocked supermarket, bank and luxury spa in the hotel which provides beauty treatments and usual spa facilities. El Boulevard, located just outside the resort has several restaurants and bars. This is an ideal location to explore the beautiful Murcia region. Los Alcazares is a 10 min drive away and boasts sandy beaches together with many bars and restaurants.
The villa is situated within walking distance to all resort facilities yet is also in a quiet location.
All flights from San Javier now operate into Murcia International (RMU). The airport is approx 25 kms away. There are also plenty of flights into Alicante which is 1 hour away.
