Green Point holiday rentals

We had a wonderful time at Green Point and Sunset Shores. It was a real pleasure to have the opportunity to visit this freshly listed property. It had everything we needed and more for enjoying time indoors and outdoors regardless of the weather. The views of Wallis Lake are splendid and it was very refreshing to be immersed in the naturescape during our stay. There are also many pretty beaches and look-outs within close driving distance. Ken is an excellent and generous host and we made good use of the very helpful local guidebook he put together.

We had an incredible stay! Ken, the host, was amazing—quick to respond to any of our needs and made sure everything was perfect for our visit.The property itself is a tranquil oasis, the ideal quiet spot to retreat and relax, while also being perfectly situated for venturing to Forster or Pacific Palms. We absolutely loved spending time at Boomerang Beach—it’s such a stunning spot!The place was fantastic for kids, with plenty of space downstairs for them to enjoy, including a pool table and canoes that were a big hit. It’s rare to find a place that ticks all the boxes for both relaxation and fun, but this one truly did.We can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Ken, for such a memorable stay!

Green Point Boathouse is a very comfortable home with outstanding views of Lake Wallis, pelicans, sea eagles and much more. It is less than 10 minutes from Forster where you can pick up whatever you need. The house contains everything you would expect for a great holiday.

Amazing place to stay

This property is very well appointed, they have thought of everything. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

As long as you do not mind stairs this is an ideal family property with two distinct living levels and dual food preparation areas. Access to complimentary water craft and life jackets, and being able to use them at the base of the property was great. It was very well presented with good off street and secure parking. The host, Ken, was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. A very extensive site manual was available to help with all areas for the accommodation and the local attractions. We would highly recommend this property.

I had a wonderful time! The house has a huge deck with views of Wallis Lake. I sat out there every day enjoying the sounds of birds etc. iIf raining there is an undercover section. Close enough to enjoy short drives to all the places around like Seal rocks, SmithsLake, Nabiac etc.There is a massive back yard that my dog enjoyed. Great , timely communication with Ken , who runs a cafe next door with his wife where I enjoyed a tasty cake and hot chocolate. It is so peaceful there. A wonderful place to stay.
