Welcome to our Family Holiday Home
Perched high on the hill, embracing 180 degree views, our self contained home provides stunning ocean views from the main floor, with a combined spacious Lounge Dining @ Kitchen , with a new full Bathroom on this floor as well
The Kitchen is fully equipped including Coffee Machine, Microwave, Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Electric Wok
WIFI now available
Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning in upstairs living
All Bedrooms have Ceiling fans installed
Slow burn Log fire for the winter with plenty of wood supplied & 2 Large Ceiling fans for cooling breeze in the Summer
Down stairs are 3 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom with a soaking tub ,with separate Toilet, and Laundry
The Balcony provides a perfect setting where meals can be enjoyed while watching the surf at the famous "Yallingup Break" , Whale watching as they cruise up & down our Coast, and the ever changing Sea conditions
The Log Fire in the winter months encourages you to pass the time with Books, Games , or some local produce you have found on the days travels just 10 minutes away

Loved staying at this wonderful house. Excellent verandah, great views of the beach and up the coast. Seen plenty of whales too the hosts even supply binoculars. Great fireplace with ample wood. Comfortable beds. Great place to stay overall.

Great view and very comfortable

We were very impressed with the comfort and ambience of Bayview, and of course the view from the whole upper level open plan living area is fantastic. The kitchen is very well equipped which is always appreciated.

Spacious Oasis on the Hill

Very comfortable stay with everything we needed. So relaxing with ocean and bush views. Easy walk or bike ride to beach and cafe. Perfect for family getaway (not for toddlers though - stairwell and balcony). Great space and peaceful neighbourhood. Thanks so much!

House with a view

Great house overlooking Yallingup Beach. Perfect base to exolore the local area. The house has everything you could need and more. We especially liked the fire and balcony for our morning drinks and sunsets.Linda is a great host and the house was perfect for us. Can't wait to return

Fantastic holiday! Loved the house!

This is the best place we have have stayed in our many visits to the south west. My boys could stand on the balcony to check out surf at Yallingup and it was a perfect location for me to drive to my favourite walks on the cape to cape. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the sunsets stunning. Plently of birds to watch also.The weather was perfect for us 20-28 degrees. We didn't use the aircon. Downstairs was cooler than upstairs when it was 28 and we didn't need the fans. The house was exceptionally clean. I spend an hours doing floor exercises every day so I can see how well the floors had been cleaned! The hosts were extremely welcoming and quick to repond to any texts. We look forward to when we can visit again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Coastal Bliss!

We so enjoyed our stay at this property in Yallingup, beautiful beach views from the veranda, quiet location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and playground, and having a wood heater made it even cosier on cooler nights. Can’t thank the host enough, it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed, and we all had a relaxing time. We will definitely be back.

Perfect winter get away

We went to Yallingup to celebrate my father's 85th birthday - they are from Canberra and haven't been over to WA since before COVID. Our stay was perfect :) The view was amazing, the log fire, warm and toasty. My mum struggles with stairs, but because there was a bathroom with toilet upstairs and bedrooms were down stairs, she didn't need to keep going up and down as everything we needed was on the top floor. They have everything you need, including a slow cooker and plenty of wood! A nice walk to the beach, quiet neighbourhood, and communication with host was easy. Would definitely go back again. Thank you for having us :)

Beautiful Sunsets

A nice place with (just about) everything you'll need.

Good sized living area and outdoor balcony with a great sunset view. Kitchen is older style but has stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, electric frypan. Upstairs family room has an effective air conditioner. The downstairs bedrooms are not air conditioned and have no fans - so take some fans if you are staying during the heat of summer. Good wifi. Good parking for 2 cars. 28 parrots may visit for some fruit.

Beautiful views of yallingup beach. Great for whale spotting and watching the sunset. Beds are very soft - a little too soft for me and pillows are very thin

With the main living area upstairs, the breathtaking view can be taken in all day and enjoy the Sunset BBQ in the evening to complete the occaasion
