Freshwater Views Beachside 1 Bedroom Apartment

Freshwater Views is a 1 bedroom apartment with Ocean Views only 1 minutes walk to the beach ( no stairs ).
This place is about a beach holiday in Freshwater, the position is only a short walk to the best beach in Sydney.
While being centrally located to the beach it is close to many amenities including 10 restuarants, cafes, bars and village shopping. The apartment includes a beautiful private bedroom (Queen sized bed) connected to a larger separate living area space with 40in TV ( streaming channels) and a kitchenette facility with small fridge.
This separate space includes a comfortable Sofa that folds out to a double bed.
The apartment can comfortably accomodate 2 people with another person or 2 children sharing the double sofa bed.

A cot is available for young children under 2 years of age.

The apartment has views from the front room/entrance and is a short 100m level walk to the beach.

Booking Note:

A minimum night stay does apply for all bookings and will vary based on the season. The November to March period is summer high season and bookings may extend to weekly or longer stays.

Booking for our summer beach holiday period from November 1 to February 28 a minimum of 1 week.

How Close to the Beach Do You Want To be?

Airy kitchen/diner, well set up and maintained. Very helpful host. Very close to the Freshwater Beach, handy for the walk to Curl Curl. Convenience store in Freshwater along with various eateries. Car parking a challenge on busy days but we had no real problems.

The location of the property is fabulous, a short walk to shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. NO dogs allowed on any NSW beaches. Although dog friendly the constant noise from the upstairs had our dog barking, the loud banging and heavy walking from above was uncomfortable. The NO Parking was tough, on a sunny beach day NO Parking within miles from the apartment. There was a fan in the bedroom but the small old dyson air/heater unit did nothing in the main room and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep we really needed at least another fan. The beds were clean and comfortable but the windows and doors are old and hard to slide and lock. Overall the noise upstairs and the front door banging with people coming and going at all hours was really disrespectful.

Freshwater heaven

Even though winter , wonderful stay in a beautiful part of the Northern beaches. Rob & Denise were wonderful hosts and a very comfortable stay

A lovely little unit.

Very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Ten minute walk through the park and turn right to Freshwater shops and cafes. Beautiful beach. A very dog friendly area. Rob and family were lovely and our dogs hit it off immediately! We look forward to staying at Freshwater Views again later in the year.

Beachside Bonanza

Rob was an extraordinarily helpful, friendly and local history informative host. The apartment is very close to Freshwater beach and easily accessible for us to walk our dog to the Pocket Cafe, around to the rockpool and to Diggers. Parking was a little difficult sometimes, but we managed, and it was no detriment to our stay. The apartment was perfect for us and everything we expected and wanted for a few days at the beach was there. Rob's anecdotes about Freshwater made the stay extra enjoyable. Thank you,Rob!

The beach, clear clean safely patrolled beachfront with access to a host of cafes, retaurants and bars including one of Sydney's best Italian restarants Pilu (2 hat) . It also has many parks and scenic walks all in close proximity.
