B & B at its best
This B&B ticked all the boxes for us - they even supplied his and hers dressing gowns!!!!!
The host had copied all sort of information that one might need to make their stay an enjoyable one . I was very impressed by this kindness and the host even drove us to the station one day - what more can i say except the place was 5 out of 5
Karin and Andrew were welcome guests, hospitable, obliging and friendly. They were enthusiastic travellers, eager to discover the sights of Sydney and Annandale. They were particularly clean and left the studio neat and tidy throughout their seven-day stay.
Immaculate private retreat
Our very first stay in Annandale- close to all ammenities and transport. Keith and Bet provided
fresh breakfast items daily including special trips to the local bakery to get croissants. Our 10 day stay went very guickly in this separate house with its own street entrance- must be a very unique property in Sydney- highly recommended.
We recently stayed at Bet's B&B & found it to be exactly as it was advertised. The location was great for us as we were visiting family in Annandale. We were oblivious to the fact that we were in central Sydney. It was quiet & peaceful & very clean. Entering from a laneway made it very private & the little village shopping area was only steps away for paper & coffee. However coffee & plunger were provided as was a breakfast store that included bacon & eggs & bread for toasting. The large area provided a comfortable bed, kitchen, 2 lounges, & table & chairs. Every need was thought of & provided. We would stay again & found the hosts to be very hospitable and accessible though not at all intrusive as the b&b is a 2 storey stand alone at the rear of house.
Clean, comfortable, convenient
The hosts were very helpful and the place was so clean I felt like I was the first person to stay there. Very convenient and comfortable.
Just spent 3 nights at Bets B&B during a short visit in Sydney. The accommodation itself was very well kept/maintained. Every effort has been made by the hosts to make their guests stay enjoyable, easy and convenient.
The location itself is perfect. We found ourselves going for a casual walk along the water front and ending up in circular quay before we knew it. When we didn't feel like sight seeing, Annandale was perfect just for local cafes and restaurants.
Above all the service was outstanding from day one when Bet and Keith helped us with our bags, and chatted with us at length on what to see and do during our stay, up until our check out, where Keith actually took it upon himself to take me and my partner to the airport at 5:30am instead of making us wait for a taxi.
I'll absolutely be staying here again during my next visit to sydney.

RESTAURANTS AND CAFES.
Annandale is a great place to eat - for choice, diversity and convenience. There are two distinct precincts.
ANNANDALE'S HEARTLAND: More than 20 cafes and restaurants line Johnston and Booth streets. There's the internationally inspired culinary menus of our Aussie cafes, renowned for their coffees; the pizza, chicken and seafood takeaways; the Asian, Greek, Italian, European restaurants; patisseries and bakeries; and of course the traditional pub food.
TRAM SHEDS DINING PRECINCT: Contained in the historic and cavernous tramsheds are 12 restaurants of diverse cuisines - Middle Eastern, Japanese, Latin American, Italian, Vietnamese and specialists in seafood, chicken, pizza, pasta and organic dishes.
Both the Tramsheds and Annandale's food precincts are less than 10 minutes walk from Bet's B&B Studio.
