Excellent property
Very comfortable and clean property. Good for a large group. Kids had lots of fun in the pool!
Stunning location and first class accommodation
Our stay on the weekend was absolutely lovely, the house and grounds are in a top location near Kangaroo Valley village. Excellent bbq area and awesome pool, the kids had an absolute ball. Easily housed our group of 6 adults and 4 families. Plenty of kitchen ware too. They house is in excellent condition and beds are so comfy with hotel quality linen. We all agree we will come again!
Relaxing getaway
Our group of friends enjoyed our weekend getaway at The Rye House. The house was very spacious throughout, clean and comfortable. It looks even nicer in real life than the photos suggested. The house kept very warm during a cold weekend, and was airy and light-filled. The surrounding farm was a beautiful and relaxing setting.

Family and friends holiday
What an amazing place for our family holiday! Plenty of room for all of us. Well resourced kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms, great log fire and living space. Property was just fantastic with plenty of walks and things to do. Kids loved being with all the animals and having the space to play. The owners were terrific and so hospitable. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely be back. Thanks
The Rye House
What an amazing property. Our family had such a great time on our little holiday. The Rye house catered for everything and was very comfortable for all of us. The kitchen was well resourced including a coffee machine. Living areas were excellent and including an excellent fireplace that kept us cosy warm. The bedrooms were also terrific and catered for our large family. Outside was just an amazing property that we discovered after many walks. There was also chickens, an alpaca, three horses and cows. The kids were kept busy outside the whole time. The property was very close to the shops and main street, but we loved being at the property that we stayed there just about the whole time. We would highly recommend this property for a family getaway at any time of the year. Thanks so much John and Terrene.
Excellent holiday home
Our extended family spent 4 days in the Rye House for Christmas. Everything was perfect! An extra touch was the Christmas Tree (how thoughtful). The beautiful home and property caters for everyone with its hammock, swimming pool and great outdoors area for cricket and walks and just what we needed after a busy year!
