Newly refurbished, Coastal Court offers clean, comfortable & affordable accommodation in the heart of the Sharkbay Marine Park. Coastal Court is just a moments walk from the beach, boatramp & fishing jetty, playground, supermarket, fuel station & restaurants .

WE DO NOT SUPPLY BEDSHEETS OR BATH TOWELS..... this is due to low water supply. Please bring your own.
We DO supply mattress protectors doonas & cover along with pillows & slips.

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, aircon , living and dining area, bathroom with separate toilet.
We are pet-friendly and have a small but secure courtyard at the rear of the unit. Cleaning up after your pet is paramount. You must pick up all doogy do on the property. Pets are not permitted up on beds or lounge. Thanks for considering other guests and looking after my furniture.

There is parking for a boat at the end of the units.
We have a small BBQ. Please leave it clean for the next guests.
Cleaning fees apply if the BBQ is left dirty.
There are BBQ facilities also on the foreshore.

Great location but filthy

Great location and awesome place for a dog to stay. Property needs a VERY good clean. Ceiling fans covered in dust (wouldn’t dare turn them on), rubbish in bedroom drawers and cupboards, looks like cutlery drawer has never been cleaned, sandy couch, filthy blinds and outdoor bin smells awful. Overpriced for a dirty old place.

House was fine. Everything you need is provided, except linen. Unfortunately neighbours partied into the early hours of the morning every night (not just over the weekend). Luckily my kids sleep through anything. This is what bought it down from 4* to 3*.

Hi Vanessa, I'm sorry to hear that other guests have disturbed your holiday. Had I have been aware of this I would have made an enquiry about it to the owners of unit 4 and my manageress would have approached them to ensure a more peaceful stay. That unit is usually vacant and I have never had problems like this before. Apologies once again. I trust that everything else was satisfactory.

Shark Bay 6 Nights

Our first time to Denham, exploring the Shark Bay region. It was amazing. We had an incredible family trip away. Fantastic that we were able to bring our dog with us, thank you for having pet friendly accomodation. It truly makes a huge difference to the family holiday as our young baby adores our dog. The accomodation was perfect for what we needed, clean & simple, with two fridge/freezers. Towing a 6m boat with us, there was space at the rear of the units to park the boat. Neighbours in adjoining units were friendly. Communication with property owner was very good, receptive, helpful & the tips for the local area were great. Plenty of dog friendly localities to explore & our boating / fishing experiences left an impression to last a lifetime... looking forward to the next trip!

Great Place to base yourself in Denham

After recently staying in Denham with a group of friends, my husband & I found ourselves wanting to revisit as a couple. We stumbled across Denham Coast Court & it was pet-friendly!! We booked with ease & Anthea was great to communicate with & gave us the contact details of the person who would do our check-in. The unit was clean & tidy & as described online & photos are a true representation of the property ( maybe actually a little larger than the photos showed.) We had to bring our own linen, this was not a problem. The bathroom & laundry are combined and has a fridge/ Freezer suitable for those on a fishing trip. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make a meal each night. Walking distance to the beachfront & it was nice to have our fur babies with us on holidays, they loved it. We had Kangaroos on the drive at night, and there was room at the rear of the villas to park our boat. I highly recommend Denham Coastal Court to anyone looking for a family getaway.
