Beautiful ground floor three bedroom condominium (180sq meters accommodation, 52sq meters terraces), fitted out as a second home and furnished to a very high standard. << Please note that we have recently changed our flooring from wood to grey tiles. The Pearl of Naithon is a magnificent gated condominium development, tucked away in a beautiful forested valley, lying directly adjacent to the magical, unspoiled Nai Thon beach. With numerous local restaurants serving delicious thai food, and sand so clean that it squeaks when you walk on it, this amazing little beach is located only 15 minutes from Phuket international airport and 20 minutes from several world class golf courses.

Individual AC units and ceiling fans in all the living areas allowing greater temperature control for guests.

Bedrooms:
Master bedroom with a super-king bed.
Bedroom 2 with a king bed.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds.
TVs, DVD players, AC units and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

Bathrooms:
All bathrooms en-suite. Master bathroom with a separate rain shower, double bath, wc and double sink.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have separate showers, sink and wc.
All taps have filtered water.

Kitchen:
Open plan european kitchen with an island. Amenities include american style fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, washer/dryer, wine cooler, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, egg boiler, blenders, sandwich maker and modern style accessories.

Living rooms:
Separate dining area between lounge and kitchen. Table sits 8.
Within lounge: 3 comfortable triple sofas, large cofee table, 84”LG UHD 3DTV, DVD and Blu-Ray 3D player with large movie library and games.

There is a professional fold-up massage bed in the apartment (we ask the local therapists to visit us at home instead of us going to their salons).

The weekly cleaning of the apartment, including change of sheets, bath and beach towels included in a price. Additional maid service available.

Two cots and two booster seats + high chair are available for families with small children.

Internet access (wi-fi) available. Very fast, over 400 Mb/s

Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor so it is quite easily accessible (a few minor steps on a way to the apartment). No special modifications for disabled people have been made apart from a fold-up seat in one of the showers.

Outside
There is a large terrace with a BBQ, ceiling fan, an outdoor sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table. It can be accessed through the lounge window doors, from the pathway to the apartment and it joins the terrace outside the master bedroom with a sun lounger. There is a shared smaller terrace outside bedrooms 2 and 3.

The shared swimming pool is quite large. It has two shallow entry areas, paddling shelf and a jacuzzi corner.
Around the property, there are beautifuly maintained tropical gardens.
